The reason why "The Warriors Wig" had a horrendous hairline, is because thats how Aztec/Mayan warriors actually kept their hair
no accounting for taste over centuries. but at least it's accurate.
I think it would work if the heavy had a cleaner shave, or the hairline was more pronounced.

It's literally based on stereotypical russian marine look, with telnyashka (тельняшка).
Also word watnik is used in association with over-patriotic russians (and stereotypical russian marine is drunk patriotic warrior who creams: "TAGIIL!" before doing something wacky) so that cosmetic is one of the most "russian-like" in that list.

I'm far as I can be from Russia and even I know that fucking white shirt with blue stripes is a russian marine look. The guy saying that the outfit doesnt go with the Heavy and the russian style makes him look like he doesnt know anything about what he is talking about.

My friends and I were doing a bit where we had two soldiers with whips and a heavy who's name was "the president" who wore the gibus. We spent an hour trying to find a heavy suit cosmetic. So I would really like the secret service suit to be added so we can bring that back
