A stunning 730m2 luxurious architectural masterpiece, House Mosi Johannesburg South Africa Designed by Nico van der Meulen Architects.
The House Mosi is by Rudolph van der Meulen from the architectural firm Nico van der Meulen Architects and was built in 2011 in Johannesburg in South Africa. It is a massive house comprising some 730m2, which equates to about 7,800 sq feet.
The additions, alterations and renovations of House Mosi required the architects to create a single-storey home with an urban feel to substitute the 1950’s feel of the original design, converting it into a timeless modern house, with a layout suited to a contemporary lifestyle.
The architect created a plan with four bedrooms and large entertaining areas. Large double volume spaces and flat roofs were included in the additions and alterations to make vertical expansion easy for the home owner at a later stage.
