Oh golly I am crying here in Australia, the language Zulu does something for the soul, thankyou you made my morning, never mind the sun, listening to you are amazing home sick. Well I lived on the chiefs lands, I paid 1 bottle brandy, i bottle of rum and a goat. My Gogo was a Zulu.
The so called "lazy Black South Africans" building mansions😂😂😂😂 Sis Vee please keeping on showcasing excellence and siyabonga for your beautiful content 🙌🏾
Why do u mean lazy? It's a country where people have freedom. Not every likes to work for someone or begin enslaved by a Job. Ur life is based on following what someone has to say if not u then something will happen 😢
I am wowed and blown away. Come to think of it, the previous regime thought we are no better than four rooms in congested townships. Now we are breathing free in rural mansions. Your channel is inspiring and mind broadening. Much appreciated, Sister Velile.
The Value of the house is determined not only by how big and beautiful it is. Things like availability to other things like shopping centers, better schools for children, better hospitals/clinics, safety/security, water quality, weather, etc. Hence you might find that a mere 4 room price in a city could be same price as an 8-10 room house in rural areas, the only way for the value of rural house prices to increase is based on the factors and more I mentioned.
Only in dreamland, especially if you think property value is determined by how big or beautiful it is. Being around or in an urban cities is what makes it high valued. Rural can never ever be more expensive than urban, it doesn't make economical sense.
Beautiful homes! The next step is for the people to start with landscaping and creating communal parks. Planting lots of trees would totally transform the neighborhood...
As a city planner I think that would increase the social mobility and esthetics of rural areas in S.A.....Velile I'm hooked onto this channnel❤sending big props from the UAE
Thanks for showing the world this development taking place in many rural areas in SA. I'm always amazed when traveling to a rural part of SA and encouraged by the commitment of many to go back and invest in birth birthplace😊
Beautiful. I'm from the rural Eastern Cape and I can testify on this because this is what is happening in the rural areas. The houses people build here are amazing. Please share the tune you played during the video i would love to listen to it
I love to travel throughout South Africa and I've seen the development, especially in the rural areas, it's phenomenal, no more shacks and mjondolos. Thanks for highlighting the developments and progress in our beautiful country ❤
As much as I love and admire these beautiful homes, I think the South African rural council, historical society, and traditional associations must do their level best to preserve traditional homes and not erase the past
I hope so, some of those huts and homes have been there for many years, and ancient and modern graves are scattered around those homesteads.@@SPECIALTRADER1
You are such a positive and inspiring vlogger, I just want you to know that I love and appreciate the way you shine a spotlight on the beauty of our culture, land and people 💖💖💖
Dearest, I inoted this village 15yrs ago as it rears by those Cato Ridge large factories and realised what a beautiful organised village. But I did not realise the further you get in, you get to this!!! OMG!!! The Kingdom of the Mlaba people! Wow.
Thank you for your insight and wisdom. We need to protect and preserve this tribal law and our Kingdom of our ancestors. We need to bring farming schools and processing industries to these places. This is how towns are built.
Wonderful! I am also from KZN but based in Joburg .If possible please go to Venda, Thohoyandou. You will be blown away by the properties. They even build hotels and private hospitals.
This is amazing and really beautiful. At the same time i want to caution our fellow black south africans not to cut down trees, especially in areas such Lion Park. Keep it as natural as it can be or else we live to regret years to come.
This is beautiful. I see this happening all over SA especially EC, limpompo And KZN. If only our government can come to the party and help with roads and water. Rise Mzansi, rise.
Hi sis V , I would like to suggest that you ask for permission from the chiefs of these areas to record and research their developing villages. Maybe they can assign someone to accompany you, to prevent unfriendly confrontation from individuals.
Thanks sisi “V” this is very encouraging I’m living in Dallas Texas I want to come back home and I’m interested in property in the rural areas I love the life in the rural areas I need to hook up with you maybe you can walk me through acquiring land next to the ocean
thank you Sis Vee,I saw Lion park it was trending on tik tok and someone mention he would love to hear your voice on that video but finally it happened thanks for your dedication we reallly appreciate you.
Wow😮 Sis Vee...this is truly amazing and very inspiring, makes me wanna work hard, so that 1 day I could afford to buy land and build my dream house in one of our villages. Beautiful Sis Vee....keep on inspiring us.
Velile thank you for all your motivation and the drive you have to make sure evryone is well informed about the loads of oppotunities out there in rural areas across Africa.
Beautiful work from our people, I’ve always wondered if your traditional insurance companies do provide cover for properties in the rurals - if not I see it as a space a space we can move into before oondlebe-zikhany'ilanga spot and monopolise it as well.
Thanks, sibling, people ignore rural areas, but last year we holidayed in Springbok and my German friends were shocked that we were in South Africa because we slept with doors open for 3 days.
Very Beautiful. I have never really been outside of the Western Cape, Nice to see what the rest of our Beautiful Country looks like. Love the homes,I like the fact quite a few of the properties still have or build new "rondawels" 🛖 🤔 is that the correct word?? My brother is an architect so I kinda see the homes from his point of view, really Beautiful. Hoping in a few years time there will be lots of trees 🌳 and maybe communal vegetables gardens. Love the fact that the Moos 🐮 get to roam free. Thank you for posting and sharing your part of South Africa with me. STAY SAFE ❤
I love progress and prosperity. Questions: who is building these homes? Where do they work? Are they not spending capital on non-income generating houses? Are these financed by banks? Unless these houses are being built by rich people who have other sources of income, we are not addressing development here. Let's build factories, farms and other commercial buildings to create employment then we can build the houses we want. We seem to be doing stuff for the gallery without addressing Africa's problems here. We see many of these house in Zimbabwe but they have not dealt with the abject poverty we see here. I remain a student of life and hope to learn from those more knowledgeable.
T I love about this is that many of these are family homes. Where people go for December and to mark other important events in life. Now instead of people sleeping on the floor or dinning room. There is enough space for everybody. We have big families and now they are well accommodated.
I thought when you start your video Velile you will tell us in which province is this beautiful village and then walk us along. This is because as viewers we need you to be direct to the point and from the start and tell us who you are, otherwise this is realy appealing.
Hi Velile. I've been trying to connect with you. I sent you an email but i think that your email address is no longer in use because my mail kept bouncing back to me (as email not sent). We have huge rural land for sale in KZN that we would like to share with your followers. We are looking for serious buyers who are interested in free-living. Our land is beautiful and full of wild life (safe though). Can you please share as to how to connect with (so as to share a detailed information with you). Kind regards Menzi 0616421797

@@RekoyiWale Sis Vee understood the context so that's not my fault that you slow
@@RekoyiWale He is being sarcastic. Our fellow African brothers & sisters call us lazy. They even say we live in tin homes😂😂😂😂😂
@@rejoicedibakoane2194most of you do.... just like manu other Sub-Saharan nations the disparity between the wealthy and middle income is criminal
This is beautiful. Proud of Africans excelling in their own lands..... Yes we have the land and it belongs to us.

One day soon rural South Africa will surpass urban cities in terms of value. 😍😍😍
that shouldn't happen, the price of land in our cities is crazy especially Cape Town

Camperdown, I hope we follow the model and create mini towns
This is the way to go, Rural is where our new focus and development should be. Cities are over populated. Infrastructure in cities is collapsing
