This is a masterpiece of mixed genres. Hua Chenyu is the most unique and versatile artist I've ever seen. He doesn't sing song only, he communicates positive energy to society. He is the most respectable artist.
One thing about Hua: I think he's really important for China, because his main focus is mental health, he's trying to be a guide for the youth to better understand themselves, and therefore making a better society. His message is very Jungian, there is a plurarity in us, a madhouse is one way of calling it, and we have work to do to make this plurality a satisfing self-existence. His genius is that of being able to compose about these topics to a mainstream audience who probably thinks it's all his idea.
Oh you have to see his “seven personalities “ that is really masterpiece and till now I still can not get over this song!
Yan Xu Really hope he performs it on Singer 2020, it’s a risky song but man it’s a masterpiece. He put his soul into it, another song that is on another level

Sacred tree and Seven personalities are the most innovative peak songs of huachenyu music this year. I highly recommend them. These two songs have aroused great repercussions in China. These two songs are more different than ever before！
Thank you for loving and sharing his music! He usually doesn’t eat anything for 2 or 3 days if he has performance. Because food will make his throat greasy and he only drinks water. You may find that the first thing he want to do after singing is eating😂 It’s so amazing that he is strict with himself and his music.
Another song of HuaChenyu “seven personalities” is worth appreciating and the 2019 Mars concert version is my favor.I remember I 've ever played this song for a whole night.

So glad you are continuing to appreciate and reacting to him. One of many things I love about Hua is his vocal timbre. His versatile colors is like the largest pack of color box you draw with that only Hua uses. His use of vocals is what interest me the most, let alone his colorful performance. What I also like is no one can replicate his performance or singing style. They may have the vocals but does not have the timbre and color Hua has.
Btw, have you seen any of his interviews? If not, you should check them all out, in Eng Subs. You will appreciate him even more. There's one with Jing, and Hour with Kevin and others are just as great.

So glad to see you back, Jason. As Hua HUa says, "Welcome Home." You do know that he doesn't write his own lyrics, right? He does send the lyricist key words and phrases and makes them re-write if they don't get the message he wants. He just works with some really great lyricists.

Just as information, when it’s from his own concerts (fancam or not) it won’t get blocked. Everything from his concert won’t get checked or anything or blocked. So you don’t have to be afraid of that, but if it’s from a Chinese (variety/competition) show you should definitely make pauses, just to make sure. But shows like Ace vs Ace where Hua Chenyu sang quite a lot of song/covers won’t block anything either.
For sure Hunan TV/MangoTV/MGTV will block content because of copyright ‘violations’. Good luck anyways! Love your reaction as always ❤️
