✨Fruit Jelly Cake✨ A delicious gluten free dessert, best for summer days,that is fun to eat, light, refreshing and packed with variety of fruits. Ingredients For agar agar mixture 2 tbs agar agar powder 1000 ml water 200 g sugar 2 cup fresh fruits (Kiwi/ Strawberry/Grapes/Mango/Dragon fruit/Oranges/Black grapes) For Mango layer 1 pack mango jelly of 90 grams 1 cup remaining agar agar water Method In a sauce pan ,add water,sugar and agar agar powder, and keep it on medium flame,stir continuously till the it comes to a roaring boil and cook until everything dissolves.Next pour 2 -3 ladle full of this agar agar & sugar mix into the base of pan. Randomly spread mix of fruits over it.Make sure all the fruits are placed strategically so that colors are visible through jelly.Pour the remaining agar agar mix and set aside .Now take the same sauce pan add pack of mango jelly and boil .Thereafter pour this jelly slowly and gradually over the layer of fruits. Set this into fridge to chill for about 4 -5 hrs. Then to demold ,lightly push the edges of the jelly cake with the side of your palm from all over.Now turn it upside down and slowly and gently transfer the cake onto a plate,served immediately and enjoy!
