Reminds me of the days when my Dad and I fished together... he passed away a year ago last March and my brother, another great fisher, just a month before him. You are so right, ramp etiquette is certainly lacking in many boaters. My dad taught me many things about boating, including, and especially, being courteous Once you've loaded out, move out of the way to do your final preparations so others can use the ramp. When you're launching, have your gear loaded up, the straps off, and the plug in, instead of doing it at the ramps edge. Not everyone is great at launching or loading, if you encounter someone having problems, instead of being a first class AH, offer to help!

Go to the first oil rig 32 miles out. Catch huge mangrove and limit out on snapper. Plus limit out on belineers

When I was a kid and we went out on party boats in the '70s and someone caught a trigger fish, the deck hands would say they were trash, stab them with a knife, and throw them back over. Interesting how tastes have changed. That was in Florida.
