If for ownstay maybe see which area more convenient to your daily lifestyle.
My advice if is for ownstay purpose , let go for a tour and let yourself have a deep feel see which is more suitable to your need .

Tks for great video. Is there any wet market nearby where maid helper can walk to buy fresh fish chicken pork daily? How far via foot and car? Heard very far if walk.😅

There are 3 market nearby , oldest Air Itam market (drive about 10mins) , Farlim wet market (drive about 10mins) , paya terubong market which just opposite eco terraces (walk around 8-10mins , drive 3-4mins)

For nearest paya terubong market, r there fresh fish chicken pork available or only dry food and fruits??

Hi Sally , Eco Terraces consider a very quiet place for ownstay because it have a very huge greenery land area for this condominium.
I think I can’t do that for u as I got to respect every religion in our country,to me not only mosque will make noise ,other religions will too . But compare with traffic sound pollution, religion is not a big facts to me.
what solution I can share to you is actually there are a lot window sound proof items can solve this issue and is not expensive . You can easily get it from online shopping platform .
