It doesn't seem to be live - sorry about that. Make a chain of 20, then with the stocking facing the way you want it to hang, slip stitch through the hanging loop, make 10 more chain and add the next stocking. Repeat until all the stockings are joined, then finish with another chain of 20 to complete the garland.
