The funny thing and embarrassing as it was I noticed his fly was open. But of course not to embarrass him I never mentioned it. You got to love the guy, he was one of a few of a special breed of human beings.
I think Ollie Reed waffled bollocks in interviews simply because he didn’t care for journalists and he liked to fuck with them. That’s why he occasionally asks the interviewer “do you understand?” (Knowing full well they don’t, because it’s jibberish)
Every interview I've heard with Oliver is interesting as hell and intense and you almost think he's going to kick the interviewers ass, I would have loved to hang out with Oliver and just let him talk.

Yes, I have imagined it many times. He is quoted as saying...he always preferred the company of regular people in a pub...to the company of people in his industry. I always liked that.
I felt sad his childhood serving drinks to airmen at his Mom's parties made him associate masculinity with hard boozing. His acting career could have been really stellar , instead, he's remembered as an incoherent drunk in Wogan.
Not sure who this comedian is but it reminds me of Red Buttons, is that who this is? Or is this Charles Nelson Riley. I know he's a full blown comedian, but I just can't place him. He talks of many jokes and is obviously a comedian of the highest order, but could you tell me what comedy show series he does and perhaps a movie comedy he did as well.
