June Vlogs Day 8 International Knitting in Public Day

- Hello my lovelies, today finds me knitting in public at my local yarn shop @modernyarn in Formby. Where the owner hosts International Knitting in Public Day. The local group of yarn bombers were back and what a splendid job they did, Formby High Street looked amazing. Locals turned out to support both and thoroughly enjoyed looking at all the exhibits.

Thank you so much for your lovely comments. I love my Lovenote now and have the confidence to wear it! I definitely agree I should have Laura on my vlog we should start a hashtag!! She is so in love with her yarn and enjoying working on her socks!!

Heather it was soooo cold to start off with. Next year I am taking fingerless gloves and a hat but need to make them first. The yarn bomber ladies were amazing and so super talented. It was wonderful to sit and watch peoples reactions as they walked past. A lot of work, planning and talent. You are more than welcome for the tour and yes I did treat myselfxxx It was so nice to have Laura with me and just hang out together, she is very precious xx
Hello Karen, your Lovenote jumper is beautiful and you look absolute gorgeous in it. Thanks for taking us with you to Formby and to Laura for being brave enough to come on camera, it was lovely to see her and she's a natural. I notice you embarrass her the way my mother used to do to me, and which I do to my daughter and granddaughters lol. I love all the yarn you and Laura bought, it's rather special x

I know Suzanne, it was freezing. I will need to cast some on and make them for myself. It was lovely to have Laura on the vlog and spend the day with me. The Red Squirrel and Dune is to dye for that was why I was out of control xx
