    You’re totally right! The facts speak for themselves
    I’m afraid this situation will have a nad impact on Iga, it already has, but it may become worse when she will have to deal with journalists. Hope her psychologist found or will find a way to prepare her for this and Iga will come back stronger than ever ❤

    Can’t believe that Andy Roddick is the last American man to lift a Grand Slam trophy. He probably would have had a few more if not for the emergence of the Big 3. The American men are getting closer but with the new era of the Big 2 it could be another ten years unless there is a ‘perfect storm’ grand slam tournament for one of the guys. ( favorable draw, injuries/upsets of the favorites, etc).

    The thru-line through all these cases is class privilege (rich players can afford legal and science teams to mount a defense, and poor players can't.) And even when Novak and Iga SPECIFICALLY acknowledge that, the tennis press refuses to report on it. Very telling.

    • @sportslover2356

      that's why Nick Kyrgios has been so vocal on the topic - and that's why he has received to much anger. Players like Tara Moore have had their careers destroyed and nobody cares - except Kyrgios and the English press. Americans are pro-doping.

  • @trommelbiel
    @trommelbiel 12 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

    Christian there are many people you need to interview especially your fellow Americans:
    Serena Williams
    Maria Sharapova
    Alycia Parks
    Coco Gauff
    Etc
    I would chase them down if necessary.
    Good job with Andy. Andy has always been a huge fan of Iga and so am I. I don't think l fully agree with him rushing to conclusions that Iga was innocent.
    We simply don't know. Iga is a multi millionaire who can pay for anything.

    • @trommelbiel
      @trommelbiel 12 วันที่ผ่านมา

      I am.not sure. I didn't necessarily list Americans. I meant it would probably be easier for him to reach his fellow Americans and interview them face to face.

      @coolyoutuber6237 9 วันที่ผ่านมา

      C’mon. Use your brain cells mate. Just bcoz Iga is a multimillionaire, she can’t buy everything. She tested positive only one time, just during Cincinnati open this year, not before that, not after. That too when she travelled from Poland to US for Cincinnati open. So clearly we can understand why she took Melatonin for jet lag bcoz she just travelled from Poland to US. Unfortunately that batch of Melatonin she used had contamination of TMZ. How it’s her fault, it’s 100% manufacturers fault. Even during the test, they found only one part per billionth of gram in her body which really confirms it’s due to contamination only, not by intentionally intake of banned substance. So believe the science, not rumours.

  • @Maddsine
    @Maddsine 11 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

    Roddick is on a campaign for doping and dirty sports, it seems. Defending all players who tested positive, not even considering that his sport will - like every sport - have top athletes who dope.
    He is using unscientific spins to support the narrative.
    Doping experts and investigative journalists covering cases are suspicious and see a lot of holes in Sinners and also Swiateks story.
    Roddick just a PR person for ATP now, to make sure the sport that paid/pays him millions doesnt get a bad reputation.
    But too late: outside of his bubble, people know that tennis and ATP is corrupt as hell.

    • @marissssss11111
      @marissssss11111 10 วันที่ผ่านมา +3

      you mean the same experts that ruled on their cases and excluded any intentional doping? jeesus

    • @Maddsine
      @Maddsine 10 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@marissssss11111 the ITIA is not independent as members from the ATP are a part of it, and Mark Hovell is a lawyer who defends athletes with doping cases, and he was the one appointed as an independent expert. hilarious! If you believe this is all totally normal, you are either a kid or naive.

    • @marissssss11111
      @marissssss11111 10 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      @ the case was judged by an independent panel not by ITIA. Two of the experts appointed didn’t know who the player was when reviewing the case. Of course experts are selected and of course it is a small world. Or do you want a divorce lawyer on the panel? Not to mention that WADA is not disputing that there is no intentional doping in Sinner’s case but is disputing negligence. Then if you want to see conspiracy everywhere there is no point in continuing this conversation

    • @Maddsine
      @Maddsine 10 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@marissssss11111 It is not a comspiracy lol. Do you not think Sinner has special powers, money and protection the fact that this was covered up until fall is already proof of his special treatment. are you Italian? Usually it s his rabid patriotic crazy Italian fanbase that will bully and accuse anyone of lying/conspiracy who is just open to the idea that the humble nice ginger boy aus Südtirol could also be a cheater.

    Christian what you are talking about Iga ?

  • @sportslover2356
    @sportslover2356 12 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

    Why don't you invite Nick Kyrgios on to your podcast? Australians have a tradition of taking a strong stand against doping especially in the case of swimming (refusing to share the podium) and cycling as well as athletics. Now that microdoping will be allowed good luck with monitoring it and keeping a lid on it. Perhaps the Italians should be put in charge of testing and being silent on all cases of clostebol (40 cases in four years?). Feel sorry for Iga. But she did have the option of buying her Melatonin from the WTA tested packs.

    • @Arianna_Ladigue
      @Arianna_Ladigue 11 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Those US guys are so biased. I noticed Andy is blindly defending the positive players and denying that there are things like microdosing and masking agents. He is repeating the talking points of Sinners and Swiateks PR teams. You wont find Andy making a statement against doping or admitting his sport is corrupt.
      He just needs to pretend all is well and those players are poor victims.

    • @marissssss11111
      @marissssss11111 10 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@Arianna_Ladigue oh yeah because Nick Kyrgios is so knowledgeable. So knowledgeable that he tweeted 30 min after the news came out meaning he couldn not have read the report. right.

    He looks weirddd and says weird stuff too.
    Are you guys not in favour of a clean sport??
    Andy is not neutral - he needs to defend doped players who got special treatment at all costs since he needs tennis to be big and relevant, or else he couldnt stay remotely relevant himself...
