Woodturning - A Brilliant Idea For Paper & Resin // Woodless Woodturning
In this woodworking video I use a woodturning lathe to turn a blank made with coloured paper and epoxy resin into an ornate high gloss bowl. I feel this video falls into the ASMR and entertainment categories.
If you find these video’s a good source of entertainment, I’d appreciate you like, share and subscribe.

This is a great wood project book th-cam.com/users/postUgkxkPIWb22DigCqxmlXerCyUF4HCl6eSU2L . Most of the projects use the pallet simply as a source of reclaimed wood not as a recognizable pallet so even if you didn't have a pallet you could make these projects with any reclaimed (or even new) wood. The instructions are excellent. The style is charming and would work with lots of different decor. There are quite a number of projects that involve tiling of teh wood pieces which is a really cool idea and can produce beautiful pieces when working with aged wood.

Is this a general question or how I personally season wood ?

I just love the contrast between the black and the rainbow colors and the parts that have separation because of the black paper. Oh and in a way it is a wood turning since paper comes from trees.

Really nice, Jack. Love the shiny type colours you have for the resin, and the new(er) products you've been getting that awesome mirror finish with.
Been looking forward to this all week.
    Have a great weekend 😊

Love your videos. Totally hypnotic! Am wondering if you think it would be feasible to glue chunks of pages of an old book together for turning? I think it would be cool to see some text peeping through in places.

Beautiful bowl. And three or four of such pieces can be great shades for a stylish ceiling chandelier.

Wow Jack, you've really out done yourself this time. I can't imagine what you'll think of next which is what I said after the last video. :)
You're a cut, I mean you're a "turn" above the rest in my opinion. Very nicely done Jack! I'm glad I found your channel. *God bless.*

Thanks for the kind words Dan. I’m glad you enjoyed it. I have to say I think this is one of the less creative pieces in comparison to the stuff I have coming over the next two months. 😉😉
