Shenandoah Rail Trail Virtual Community Input Meeting Presentation 4-4-2023

In this virtual gathering as a part of our Community Input Meeting series, we reviewed the history and status of the Shenandoah Rail Trail project, why a trail is the best option for this corridor to once again serve the communities along its route, and the possibilities a trail brings.
The Shenandoah Rail Trail Project would convert almost 50-miles of an unused rail corridor running between Broadway and Front Royal, Virginia into a multi-use recreational trail. This project would connect 3 counties, more than 9 towns, as well as numerous businesses, school campuses and cultural resources.
