Tirion I love your videos, I danced competitively and pre-professionally for 13 years before I stopped, I miss it everyday. Watching your videos is like seeing what my life couldve been like ❤
Hey Tirion! I'm definitely an early riser, and believe me it is not easy to push myself out of bed, especially in the winter months when the days are shorter. Here are some tips I recommend:
1. Keep your alarm as far as you can from your bed so you will have no choice but to get up to turn it off.
2. As soon as you shut off your alarm, leave your room immediately and do things you know you can do first thing in the morning like making breakfast, brushing your teeth, or doing your skincare routine.
3. Make a list of tasks that you need to do that requires a morning fresh mind like doing things regarding finances, because you know, its math lol
4. Since your foot is bothering you, use that opportunity to see that physiotherapist you showed us today for early am appointments more often, that way you won't be sidelined by any injuries if you think she can help you with the pain.
Cool hair removal device btw. Definitely worth the investment for the line of work you're in. I think fashion models would definitely benefit from it as well!

Love the ‘behind the scenes’ rehearsal footage- more dancing, please ! Interested in professional ballet dancers’ challenges, physical, emotional and logistical. Are your feet very damaged, or do they look like any other persons feet ?
As far as becoming a ‘morning person’, try using techniques for curing ‘jet lag’. It helps to reset your internal clock.
