People who say Carly hasn’t grown are crazy. She will always be a schemer at heart. She’s a Spencer but unlike the hurricane that blew into town she has people who she doesn’t want to lose. Her kids first but she’s also built strong bonds with Sam and Olivia. Losing Jason(when he was in Russia) grew her up. Losing Sonny ( Nixon falls) grew her some more and navigating the Nina Sonny fiasco while grieving Jason taught her that she doesn’t need Sonny or Jason to be okay. The best thing about Carly’s character is she doesn’t deny her past or deflect. She owns her flaws and makes amends with the people who matter.
Carly has grown up cause she wants to win she could’ve had Sunny even after his affair because Sonny he only went with Nina because he doesn’t like to be alone that’s it I think he’s relieved. Moner is probably looking for an excuse to finally dumped her for good and this was the way he’s not gonna take her back. Carly means so much to him.
Carly is a total 100% hypocrite. She floats around town passing judgment on Nina's actions like her shit doesn't stink.....Yes, she has evolved, but Carly was hell on wheels when she first blew into town and did some seriously ugly ish. She withheld the truth regarding BOTH of Nina's daughters.
Carly evolved like Bobbie evolved. Both of them learned to accept responsibility for their past mistakes and learn from them. Doesn’t mean they won’t make new ones.

I think it was just as hard for him to tell you as it was for you to hear. Think how long this has been tearing him up inside wondering if he will be accepted. There is really no comparison between MICHAEL and NINA. MICHAEL always acts (even when impulsively) out of Love and Protection for his Family. NINA acts out of a sense of Vindictiveness, Pettiness, Ownership (of other Human Beings), and Entitlement (to other people’s Families.)
This storyline makes no sense. As a viewer, I feel like I’ve been gaslighted because Carly Michael and Sonny has collectively done way worse than what Nina has done to them which was rightfully out of spite (except the Nelle thing and the Ava thing). However I need the writers to do right by Nina and not make the Corinthos clan and Drew victims, because they are really not.

All in 10 years. Now aside from Sam every single of one her victims has turned out to be family to Nina but somehow NINA is the victim when she throws bigger tantrums than Morgan when off his meds. I love what CW has done for the character, but the delulu her fans have is just astounding.
