I'm overwhelmed by the positive reactions this got! This is the first stockpile I've put together. Vinny mentioned that it took 9 months to finish but that's only like 4-8 hours maximum in a week because I work full-time. It was pretty hard to make time for this but I did it! I'm glad I made the community happy with my stockpile. I've been subscribed to vinesauce on youtube from like 2013 and corruptions really brought a lot of joy to my life so thank you for that!
Dude while some of these weren't gut busters they were super neat spectacles of what you could do with the good ol' RTC! Like going backwards in the minecart, something I would have never imagined possible!

these are all great corruptions, and I especially liked some of the music ones. i'm curious, do you plan on making this stockpile public? i kinda wanna hear what the full versions of ones like "a very sad song" and "end credits" sound like.
@@izzysarchives5789 Unfortunately I'm not an expert in corruptions and most of the music corruptions aren't stable so they crash after a while. I might try and make like "extended" versions of the good ones, that'll require some time which I do not have a lot of at the moment. :P You should check out "CHIP FURNACE" on youtube which is a channel dedicated to corrupted music. I recently submitted one of the DKC songs (corrupted version).

The Life and Death of Donkey Kong, a tragedy in three acts
I love that Vinny makes a remark on how long it took for someone to get a bundle of actually enjoyable, variable corruptions. Some people seem to have forgotten how tedious it was back in the day with the old corrupter to just hope something would happen with a nudge of some numbers. New viewers want more corruption streams but if they were made live, it could get boring pretty quick.
Didn't he use to make corruptions himself? I'm glad he states that other ppl gave him these.
@@AirshBornely Yeah, streams were long and some of the results amazing (for the time being of course). It was clear that the ''gems'' were hidden and there was many repetetive corruptions with maybe a colour palette change if even that.
Edit: I've corrupted Snes roms etc myself too and I can say from experience it is tedious work and you really enjoy the good ones when they happen.
@@HullumpiEsa reminds me of messing with variables in fractal/attractor renderings, getting the gold mind boggling stuff might have some patterns to follow, but for the most part it’s a tedious and repetitive search or just nothing even renders (the equivalent of a crash) but when the good stuff is found, man is it amazing

one day donkey kong and diddy kong were in cranky kongs hut, donkey kong ws minding his own business when suddenly diddly pointed up and said "whats that up there mister donkey kong" and then donkey kong looked up and lil diddly jumped up and stomped on their foot, and then konhg hong jumped up and down hurting their foot forever and ever and ever and it reallly really hurt
