How to switch faces on Apple Watch | Apple Support

I’m kind of confused because on the iPhone 13to 14 and 15 when you take a picture of somebody, it is blurry in the back and it looks pretty. I was wondering how to do it on a iPad mini six generation 2021 thank you.
