l've been to the island numerous times (I'm from Rome) and what I can recommend to people who want to visit for a "true" holiday is to not go in July/August (it costs more and is crowded) but in May/June or September/October; of course if you like having lots of people around and don't have money problems, July/August is also wonderful, keep in mind, however, that these are also the warmest months.
Things to do are not a problem but Capri is definitely more suitable for couples and families, not because there are no young people, but because for younger there are other islands/places more convenient (in every sense), in Italy and also in other countries.

The bronze sculpture it's the work of Spanish artists Coderch and Malavia. It's called Walking in Beauty and it depicts a woman in a warrior posture that aims to make visible "the contemporary, daring woman", who in this version wears dreadlocks and a phoenix tattooed on her back, as opposed to the femininity of her 'Nereids', protective creatures of the sea.
Shopping here in the open is
much better than in a claustrophobic Iranian mall.

It definitely have a lot of tourists but on our video you can see after 1h:00 we go and explore the island further where you barely have any people and it's so beautiful and wild ❤️

when was this video filmed as it was still pretty crowded? Planning to visit in 2nd week May this year , and anyone can recommend where to stay on Capri , away from the crowd yet accessible to local town and restaurant for dinner.
This video was actually filmed in September, which tends to be a busy time for tourists on Capri Island. For a quieter stay in May, consider accommodations in Anacapri, a charming town away from the hustle and bustle of Capri town. There are plenty of beautiful hotels and guesthouses that offer a peaceful retreat while still being accessible to local amenities and restaurants for dinner. Enjoy your trip! ❤️🇮🇹

Capri is a beautiful Island in Italy near Naples, you can get by ferry boat. There is an airport in Naples so it's quite easy to get there.

Do all cameras in Europe film at 50 frames per second these days? Just wondering because watching this on a 60 Hz monitor... is not a great experience. The motion is very juddery.

Hi, no not all cameras, as a matter of fact we usually film in 60 fps for the exact reason you mention, and we try to have the best quality as possible. But on this occasion we had a misfortune to have our settings on camare reseted to 50 fps due to updates. We upgraded our camera and next videos will have a even better quality on video and audio and all will be 4K 60 fps for the maximum quality.

Personally I find the scenery on Capri as beautiful as any Caribbean island, but with the added benefit of villas from the Roman era and Medieval ruins. It's this deep history, combined with the scenery, that attracts people to the island, and is also why it's unfair comparing it to Caribbean islands.

Thanks for watching our videos ❤️ They have a lot of options for transport around the island, from cheap mini buses to taxis. To get up and down to the port you have funiculore, and once you're on top in centre is pretty plane. So I would say is pretty elderly friendly.
Only when you get to the wild part of the island it's more difficult but slowly anything can be done for the stunning views you get and it's way less crowdy.
Gorgeous island. But most beautiful in the world is nonsense. It won't make it even in the top 20 of Europe. Also. extremely populated without tourism, let alone with.

Yes in the center of the city you have some crowds but check on our video by the middle you will barely see any people and walk alone most of the time so you can fully enjoy the silence of the beautiful nature of this island. 📺❤️🙏

It's understandable that crowded tourist spots aren't for everyone. But despite the crowds, Capri Island offers stunning views, rich history, and unique experiences that are worth considering. It's all about finding the right balance and enjoying the beauty of the destination. 🇮🇹🤗
Low margin, mass tourism is a global disaster.
This place is exhibit A.
It depends from place to place, for some places it helps the locals by bringing more jobs and more money to the area, but unfortunately sometimes is not helping as well, so its difficult to have just one opinion on it. We always try to be respectful to the locals and always remember we are the tourists and buy as much stuff as possible from to locals directly so we can at least help with as little we can.

My spouse and I were there seven years ago! It was absolute chaos. From the moment we arrived at the harbor, to the moment we left. I ended -up with a terrible headache. Everything in the island was overcrowded, over-expensive, extremely noisy and loud. I couldn't wait to leave the island.
It's sad you had this experience, we went in September and still found some tourists but once we walked from the center it gets a lot better. Check on our video and by the middle you will barely see any people and walk mostly alone. We enjoyed the silence of the beautiful nature a lot 😊 hopefully we have show you a better experience ❤️🙏
