I tried this with homemade aloe juice, pantene moisture conditioner, lavender essential oil peppermint essential oil and filtered water....hair feel so juicy!!!...thank you
I do the same thing with my mix but I mix a little water, aloe juice, rose water, a drop of conditioner and glycerin ( if I have rosemary drops..I’ll add that too) my locs are always soft. Then I make my own gel with flaxseed and something else that is good for growth ( the name escapes me at the moment) and I use that to retwist my locs… i keep it simple with my locs. You keep doing this and your locs will be down your back in no time! Fun video!
@MakedaDezarae do the conditioner have to be a leave in conditioner? Because the conditioner I like to use ..it says rinse out but I wonder will it hurt to leave it in ...🤔
@MakedaDezarae ok thank you so much because my locs is so dry I've using African pride moisturizer .its been ok ..but I don't like using these products with a whole lot of ingredients that we can't even pronounce and my hair has been thinning at the top ..its growing since I've been using chebe oil by crown naturals..it's a 90 day money back guarantee. Ingredients is natural and the Chad people in Africa use it for centuries. They Don't wash there hair period and I wash mind once every 2 months it's down my back. But I just started chebe oil 2 weeks ago...im going to keep continue using it..
this is so helpful! thanks for sharing. but do be careful with the mister spray bottle, adding anything but water and keeping it in can build mold in the bottle. happened to my bestie from doing water and conditioner so just clean it out every now and then
I have high porosity hair so amongst doing something like this with a mixture that is good for my hair. I do use a oil mister just like she's using the water Mister. I used that to put in my leave-in and moisture and then I follow with the mister to seal it. "Oil Misters" is your friend high porositiy folks. Light coat and locking in that moisture.
Newbie here I LOVEEEEE your hair!!!😍 I currently have two strand twists and was looking for just THIS!!!! I absolutely LOVE Rose water for my hair AND face! Thank you for sharing!!!
Thank you for this I’ve seen so many people add water, and I think maybe that was making my hair dry! Im going to try it this way,and see if that makes a difference
Welcome!!! The only time I use water is when I wash my hair. Using water from the tap is hard water that will make your hair dry. If you decided to use water it has to be distilled water. I prefer aloe juice tho, I think it’s more moisturizing
Beautiful!🥰 Both you and your locs! 🤩 Gonna try this mist. Thanks so much for sharing I’ve been wanting to try that aloe juice for years and just never bought. I don’t even know why 🤷🏿♀️
Should be refrigerated!! I also drink mine. I add a splash to drinks but yes it food even if you don't drink it. Also please don't go 11 weeks without washing while adding especially conditioner DAILY. The buildup is there in the locs. Where the hell else would it be. Yucky.
Yes I spray my hair morning and night people be like g your gong it. Ruin your retwist who capably hair had grown 5 inches In 4 months so I care about length right now I love spraying my hair with rose water
I use that aloe juice from Walmart too. How long do you keep it before it goes bad/spoils ? I keep my aloe juice in the fridge after opening and I read online aloe juice only stays good about a month after opening. I recently got a new bottle of aloe juice and compared it to the one already in my fridge. The one in my fridge smelled horrible/spoiled compared to the new bottle. Wondering your thoughts on this?
Honestly.. I never put it in the fridge and I’ve never noticed a smell of it spoiling. And I’ll have each bottle like 2-3 months at a time so I’m really not sure 😭
@@MakedaDezarae interesting, maybe get the small bottle just to test out what I’m saying 🤔I know my bottle in the fridge was in there for longer than 3 months so who knows 🤷🏾♂️ either way enjoy your day
I had that brand & size of aloe too & I had it in my fridge for over a year & didn't have any spoilage with it. To help use it up faster, try putting 2 cap full of aloe juice in ur drinks. It's good for ur body as well

Depends on the consistency. These products on locs can be tricky because some of them are hard to wash out. I highly recommend the Cream of Nature Intense Treatment conditioner
Hi! Of course! You don’t have to use almond oil that’s just what I prefer. You can use any oil of your choice. There’s coconut oil, olive oil, jojoba oil, argon oil, tea tree oil, etc.
That could depend on your hair density in that area which is genetics. But if you’re trying to thicken the area you can avoid tight hairs styles that affect your hairline perimeter and make sure it stays moisturized.
Omg that’s so weird cause I can see them on my end I’ll see if updating the app makes a difference. Try updating yours as well and tell me if that works
ur hair is fly…imma try dat with braids (my natural hair) bc i don’t have locs…my hair is the same length & im more concern with health & fullness then length bc i think when hair is really thick & u have a lot of products it will become heavy & may caused breakage…so i’m good with a medium length…imma mess with u 2 c whaca working with 2 get some hair ideas 4 the spring…it’s winter now so i won’t be messing with my hair & then putting a hat on 2 ruined it…

Do you keep the spray bottle in the refrigerator after use? I thought I read on the aloe Vera juice bottle it should be kept refrigerated.

@MakedaDezarae can I use just the aloe juice by itself? Or do I need to add my oil to it ? My hair gets very dry every day
@@MakedaDezaraeour hair grow better when we don't wash it frequently. That's what the Chad people in Africa do not do is wash their hair ...
