So does Stagger mean more damage on staggered? I thought it just increases the amount of stagger you do

the way i've always understood it was to be extra damage when staggered since the elixir effect reads "stagger damage +x.xx%" and damage to staggered enemies is a thing that already exists in the form of broken bone/domination - but i don't actually know for sure /shrug
looking at something like VPH also says it increases stagger effectiveness, not damage - it wouldn't surprise me if it was just a bad translation but either way it's not a good elixir effect if it's damage or just stagger effectiveness lol

yes more stagger not more stagger to dmged bosses

stagger is extra stagger
but you have domination stat which increases your damage when the enemy is staggered
so it is technically a damage increase but not that great
