Perfect description
Break time in nuclear facilities looks fun.
The horn section reminds me of how DEVO would dress up back in the day.
@@urbandahlberg3497 You must whip it
@@AlexanderTBratrich That you must.
This isn’t break time. It’s how they generate the power
Sheesh, that’s a lot of music for one song
Так ото ж...
Well said
I would argue just a tad too much
"Sir! We don't have enough space on the album to fit all of that music! We would have too many songs!"
"Is that so? Then we'll just have to put all of it into one song."
"But Colonel, that could result in catastrophic levels of funk!"
"Just do it!"
"Yes sir... Colonel Panic..."
*Colonel Panic, now alone, mumbles to himself, "If any team can do it, it'll be those Fearless Flyers."
So Interesting man, if you dont want it, i’ll take it
Any more compression and they'd split an atom. Nuclear funk.
Nuclear funk is an apt title
That Mark solo is insane...
Give me more medium guitar!!!!!
Every Mark solo so far has been amazing, he's been a great add to the normal Vulf suspects.
@@theodorecjones7768 Check out the trio or his solo work if you haven't already. Blockheads is a JAM
@caprice.t If you haven't seen/heard it yet, check out "VF Jams LIve with Benny Greb". Mark is part of the backing band which was put together by Robert Searight, who is another Snarky Puppy alum. Also, Benny Greb is a monster on the drums!
The entire VF Jams Live series is great, along with the Zildjian Live series.
@@gustafsone thanks for the VF jams live... So good stuff, and Benny Greb is sick O_o
gustafsone Sput out there killin it with Nate Werth (from Snarky too) in Ghost Note
Mononeon TEARING it up in that band too
Dart has granted his sunglasses privileges to the rest of the band
That's the level 20 virtue right? You gain the ability to have all other members of your party wear sunglasses too, even if they aren't leveled up enough on their own?
When will he grant his head bobbing to the band?
Nick Mannarino He doesn't need to, the other members gain their energy by consuming material in the form of food and resting at night. Joe utilizes the power of funk to bob his head and thus generate power from the mechanical energy of his neck.
Nick Mannarino 1:03 she's already starting
Foster Granted . . .
- Joe, probably
Me : "Okay time to sleep !"
The mosquito in my room : 1:27
thanks for the idea man lol
You kill me
Soundtrack in my head when I haven’t put the bins out and I hear the truck five doors down
😂😂😂
Real talk 🤣
“Ohhh...!!! Gotta move!!”😁
facts
Hahahah same haha
Get yourself someone who looks at you the same way Cory Wong looks at Mark’s solo
*Intense lip biting*
when time starts running out on a Mario level...
or it could easily be a Mario Kart 64 track theme
Actually has a more sonic the hedgehog sound
Nate Smith played his 3 piece kit on the original 2 albums so well that it birthed a bunch of toms
Vulf is getting fuzzier with each passing day.
It'll be pure white noise by 2022 and we'll all love it
@@fittogan Noise of various colours and creeds
Embrace the dark side... They will..
It Only Gets Fuzzier
If you heard the new you song you will see this comment was accurate as fuck
Call the cops because this guitar sounds illegally fuzzy
Call the fuzz because this illegally sounds cop guitar
fuzz the this illegal cops call guitar because sounds
Sounds this call because cops guitar fuzzy the illegally
@@suburbanindie :D
no fuzz no legal fellas
Nate Smith moving from snare to crash at 2:21: "Yeah I've got time"
These are the tightest sax players I've ever seen. This channel needs a Fearless Flyer playlist.
Isn't it weird that Colonel Panic and Mr Finish Line are never in the same room at the same time??
What about Captain Hook?
And what about the mayor of Lonely Town? Where is he?
And the Funky Duck?!
And Dean Town? 🥴
And Dean Town? 🥴
Anybody else really digging how clean the lines are on the floor?
Yes. The cable management brings me much joy in these trying times.
A good studio engineer is hard to find...
My OCD is doing a happy dance :-)
Shane Jewell OCD is an actual illness that ruins people's lives, just say you like things neat.
@@porygon-z4503 zzzzzzzzzzzzz
Wow... Cory's ryhthm playing in this is absolutely insane.
Watching him keep perfect time at 1:40 while casually watching Mark slay that solo
Just out of frame, Jack Stratton is cracking a whip telling them to go faster
This is the musical equivalent of the phrase “phew”
hahahaha so damn accurate
Now that’s some tight high speed funk
First time listening to this: Alright....I'm about to play this on repeat for the next 3 hours.
AND A KETOSIS REBOOT?
YES!
That was the first thing I noticed, too! I was like, "hey they ripped off a Cory Wong song!".
Another cool thing is that Cory's version had "The Hornheads" backing him up and Kenni Holmen is in this group, too!
I was honestly thinking to myself that I prefer the original version better until Mark ripped into his solo. Holy crap that guy is insanely good.
gustafsone well Cory actually produced this album so a few songs are based off Cory’s stuff. Even older FF albums contain a number of Cory tracks.
@@ritzk79 I think most of the tracks are rearragements of older songs brought by various members of the group. Simon, Daddy He Got A Tesla, Barbara and more.
Yep, just like "Introducing the Fearless Flyers" and Cory's "Lunchtime" riff!
What I also like about the Fearless Flyers' channel: the comments section is filled by mostly people who are like-minded - which was to be expected, but a joy with every new video.
I don't know what's better, Marks solo or Cory's face enjoying it.
Fearless Flyers are slowly evolving into an orchestra
Introducing; on the little violin, medium violin, and big violin: The Soaring Sirens.
Can you imagine more FF Motown jams with horns and strings.
And Monica Martin as featured vocalist. This is what I will dream about for a while.
With 3 in every section. 3 sizes of guitar, 3 sizes of sax, and 3 drum players superimposed to give the appearance of a single Nate Smith.
Consider this a glimpse into the future, then. th-cam.com/video/h2oWeWeC5Ro/w-d-xo.html
Mark Lettieri with a face-blasting medium guitar solo
Can confirm, my face has not yet recovered from receiving the blasting of a lifetime
The Fearless Flyers just introduced me to the first, and best, baritone guitar solo I've ever heard.
Watching this, I just remembered Grace Kelly is going to be on today's episode of Cory and the Wongnotes!
Jumpsuit sales are about to skyrocket
Lettieri's little run at 1:39 gets me everytime
This has got Prince's Fingertips all over this groove~ And I love it.
I like how every fearless flyers song always hits a new level of funkiness
Mark Lettieri's solo came straight out from a Tarantino movie
2:06 just noticed that you can hear when Mark clicks the solo pedal off, real nice touch
Soooo tight! Absolute killer horns. Mark baritone killer, Cory loose wrist killer, Joe big guitar (and loose neck)killer, Nate drum killer.
I have not played and replayed and replayed a guitar solo this much in a very long time. Hats all the way off. What wizardry.
0:55 this little part right here really gets me aped up for some reason. It sounds kinds like a quick back and forth exchange between running and dodging until you made it your destination.
Grace is seriously nailing that bari style. Absolutely killing
You can tell Nate enjoys playing with them so much
My morning wake-up music...gets my blood flowing...love this group!
everybody: cool song
me: look how well grace kelly’s ear rings match with nate smith’s cymbal’s top felts
I'm kind of getting Gordon Goodwin's Big Phat Band vibes from the saxes and IM HERE FOR IT
That foot peddle for changing pages on the iPad is sick
Jack does seem like an Arch Linux type of dude.
Uh I use arch btw
I read this, went off to do something else, and got the joke about a minute later
Together with "Github Bootstrapping" in Captain Hook this really makes me want to know what unfinished code side-projects Jack has
i love the way mark kicks the pedal after his solo
this sounds like a song that would piss me off in cuphead
I really want them to so some scores for games or something
These madmen just get faster and faster
yessir, more cory tunes on FF
The mark solo we’ve been asking for
joe dart smashing it on the big guitar
This should be the music that plays in a video game battle when your health gets low
Adam Baker it’s mario kart
Dan Connor's out here killin' it
WHAT A JAM! Slow it down 0.75x and you’ll take the panic out of colonel.
One of the most insane Mark solos off all time, holy tome
Tone*
Love how in the description it says big guitar, medium guitar, and small guitar
"Joe Dart - Big Guitar"
I died here...
LETS GOOOOOOOO THAT PHONKY CHONKY
Mark Lettieri's solos always absolutely slap
This is the funkiest cuphead boss, Colonel Panic.
I saw the email and panicked my way over here.
Same here! The email was up and I quickly ran to youtube as I repeatedly shouted, "Fuck! Fuck!" in panic
same
This channel has lived up to the old promise that indeed, it gets funkier.
So great, so funky, so groovy. Best rhythm band ever.
colonel panic at the disco ulysses
Man, that bass really goes.
I’ve listened to this song so many fucking times. I think it’s my favorite song of all time.
Cory watching Mark watching himself take a solo.
best way to start your day - a cup of Joe with a side of groovy
This is the real 'Panic at the disco,' haha!
Someone get these guys on the Cowboy Bebop live action soundtrack.
God having Vulf compose the live action adaption would be nut worthy.
This is the best idea ever 👍
who the heck in Vulf is a IT tech? "kernel panic" :)
Cody Wong is credited as composer, maybe him?
This sounds like Tower of Power on speed and i'm very here for it.
LMAO
their playing is so tight and so fast i literally had to make sure i didnt have my youtube playback sped up lol
Ketosis sped up 2x, nice!
Hearing the tempo 2 secs in: ~ ! p a n i k ! ~
Remembering we got Nate Smith keeping the beat: ._ k a l m _.
my favorite vulf production thus far. change my mind.
Theme tune for me realising i had an assignment set thats due in 2 minutes 37 seconds:
That was painfully good. I nearly cried.
The title was mood
This is the 19th time I've come back to listen to this, and I just wanted to say.....JESUS......
Sick Royal Rumble, Blow & Slapdown combined by the great Nate Smith
feel like i’m carrying out a heist in the 20s but w *style*
Nate Smith is drumming as if he is escaping through a tight tube! Awesome!
That is the tightest thing I’ve seen all year.
Simply awesome musicians!
....and I didn’t know how satisfying a bad ass bari guitar solo could be.
Mark's right hand technique is so silky smooth
Even super cool Mark Lettieri broke into a sweat during that amazing solo!
Yeeeeehaaah ! Finally you got some horns. More please!
Hot cha-cha-chaaa Grace Kelly on Bari playing that funky music.
2:20 the right hand sync between mark and cory
I watched this first thing when I woke up and damn I’ve never woken up faster
2:23 Mark Lettieri develops the ability to turn hand into cartilage after watching Cory
It's turns out contagious
Greatest comment.
YOU KNOW YOU'RE MAKING THAT SWEET HONEY WHEN YOUR GUITAR SOLO SOUNDS LIKE A FUNKY ACTIVE BEE COLONY
Big hats off to Jack Stratton too , amazing production
This song sounds like when you do an upgrade in place and boot for the first time and...........
Kernel Panic........
Fearless Flyers + Delta Force really be out here conducting unsanctioned nuclear fusion tests with grooves and licks so tight
Everything from this recording session has been so good
Nate Smith is given top billing in the video description - as he should be. Also I like how the saxes say big, medium, and small.
listening at 0.75 speed sounds like a recording from '75
Bari sax is killing it! And that drum solo hell yeah
That was an EPIC solo!
