Thank you for this update. You reviewed it so nicely and well presented. I had wondered if any Loyalty Gifts had been changed or updated. My favorite gift is the White Vanity. Dior has the best products and gifts. I absolutely love their Loyalty Program. No one gives us more for our money then Dior❤

I got the brushes and hair perfume as my gifts too and looooved them it was useful and a treat 😍😍🥰 I got yummy chocolates for my welcome platinum gift. missed my gold birthday though 🥲 I did want the notebook. oh well still very grateful for the gifts 💗

Hi! Yea, when you status is renewed to receive another platinum gift but I’ve had people complain that they didn’t received their gift.
Loved this. I am a recent Dior addict and have loved all my gifts. Waiting for my first platinum bday gift. One question- do I only get the birthday gift after the first year when I remain platinum?
You get it on your birthday as long as you are gold or platinum 💗
Thank you for your video. I am in the Platinum tier and tried to redeem the birthday gift. It didn’t let me check out, so I called them and they said if I want to receive the gift, I have to make another purchase with it, no minimum amount. That’s the first time they are doing this. Never had that before. But I’m excited about it anyway. Haha
Their website glitches a lot. Sometimes you can redeem without a purchase and sometimes it doesn’t work.

Can you please rephrase your question. What do you mean by expire? You have a year to upgrade to the next tier or you level down. As long as you meet the minimum purchase, you can add a code.

FYI US members! Until March 1 you can make 1 purchase instead of 2 inorder to reach silver tier! I'm from Candada still trying to figure out how to shop the program as they dont sip to PO boxes or take Prepaid Visas. I was told you cannot apply purchases in store to the program however the Loyalty Program Card on my Apple Wallet says you can! I'm not sure if its boutique only but just so anyone interested knows :)

@@natashabettetannagan265 there is no program. So in the dior website change your location to America and then make your account :( it sucks I know. I’m in correspondence with this website called uShip at the moment. There’s extra fees and an 8.75% processing fee per cost soo…. I’ll let you know if and how it goes
From my understanding, you basically buy credit with them, they use their US shipping address and payment method (and billing address) and it’s like a warehouse. From there it can be sent anywhere in the world. They also do stuff like hold multiple parcels and send at once - like skim’s… it’s crazy here! But at Nordstrom? Always on sale. And cheaper with conversion. If you have access to a PO Box in the states, it’s worth it. Taxes are cheaper too, coming from Vancouver haha. Majority of times when you’re honest at the border they don’t charge you duties etc. but when it’s shipped they have to, if that makes sense?
For other brands, ulta is decent, prada beauty, ysl beauty sometimes. They all have free gifts
I just hit the platinum and I REALLY wanted that full size Dior prestige ! But I see now in my cart it shows the stinking brushes! Argghhh lol. Do you know how I can get something else instead?
Lol the Dior prestige is the holiday gift. The welcome gift is the brushes. You can wait a bit to see if the gift changes before your redemption date. I know they’ll be changing it soon but not sure when.

Your gifts should show up in your profile under gifts.
if you jump from silver to platinum will you also get the gifts that come with the gold tier ?
I believe you should but I’ve never done that before so it’s best to contact CS to be sure.
Every year I get my new platinum gift but I don’t get the gold, silver gifts again . Is this just the first time or does it re start every year ?
Only the platinum gift restarts.
I have 3 accounts. Once I hit platinum, I stop using that account until platinum status expire a year later, and then start all over.
Can I ask why does Dior prefer you to spend 3 separate times in the total of $500 combined for gold status? I doubt ppl will spend $900 for one order.

It all depends on availability. But I’ve noticed an average change to the platinum gifts about twice a year. The others is around once a year.
Can I purchase 50$ & next day purchase 100$, will I be sent the silver welcome gift with 100$ purchase
No. Your welcome gift is only available after your $100 purchase and it doesn’t get sent automatically. You have to redeem it yourself and add to cart.
I made platinum but my bday is in June. Will I be receiving a bday gift in June?
Yes, you will be able to redeem your gift on your birthday. You have 30 days after that to claim it.

My loyalty program didn’t reset to silver this year
If normally resets one level so if you are platinum, it will go down to gold. The date for reset is on your account.

Good news to below, Dior contacted me, the charms are a little apology for the fact the 2023 platinum gift has sold out and the new 2024 UK Platinum welcome gift has not yet been made available. Been told to keep an eye on my platinum membership space for when its available 😁

It should appear in your order history and if it doesn’t contact CS.

@shineisbeingloven4097 calling is usually works for me after about 20 mins hold. Or you can try going to the website very early in the morning to chat with a rep.
