When I hit gold it already past my bday … now I’m about to hit platinum do I get a platinum bday gift or need to wait until next year for my bday gift? Do I need to spend before Christmas for the Holiday gift ?
I don't remember about the holiday gift, I think it gets sent automatically (if anyone knows, please share!) I do think however, the platinum bday gift will be for next year...
Hi , I am trying to use a coupon, and it let's me add it (no error text shows up) but the coupon product photo/item isn't showing up in the cart. Does this mean the coupon item is out of stock, or the photo just isn't showing up and I'll still be able to get the items?
Hm...I've never had that happen before, it should show up to let you know what you're getting from the coupon - the coupons rotate all the time though so maybe it's one that's expired?
Wait so you have to make large and larger purchases to go up? It doesn’t add up like if you made 6 purchases totaling say $1000? You would have to make two seperate purchases that equal $500 each?
Someone else can correct me if I'm wrong, but Dior pretty much lays out for you the number of purchases and the dollar amount you need to spend to reach the next tier. So to reach platinum (after reaching gold), yes, you do have to spend $2,200 across a minimum of 4 separate purchases!

You would have to sign up for the rewards program and reach certain spending tiers. PLUS you have to go into your profile online to claim them!

May I know why your miss dior is not a silk ribbon but metal ribbon?
Hm, the roses and roses sample (and my full size bottle) both have a metal ribbon, and my blooming bouquet one has a regular ribbon, so maybe it's based on the exact Miss Dior line?

How do you get free samples without purchase?
Ask at a counter, an SA often can hand a sample of an item you wish to try if they have them 😊
