    Welcome back! I hope you're all doing well!
    This video is long over due, but I had to post it anyway for 2 reasons. The first, being that I love sharing things with you, and the 2nd being that with as much as I love ‪@Dior‬ ... they really need to step it up. And I think if enough of us raise our voices, we'll be heard.

    Out of all the luxury brands that I have tried, Dior is absolutely god-tier when it comes to gifts. They always giving the best out of the best. The gifts sometimes more expensive than the thing you purchase.

      Hi there! Yes 🙌 I completely agree! I always look forward to placing an order because of the gifts 😂 I still can’t believe they gave out full size serums to platinum members! They recently gave out full sized capture totale skin care sets as a gift with purchase. Haven’t seen other brands give out full sized products on that scale yet. Welcome to my channel btw! 😘

    We have only just recently had the Dior Loyalty Program start in Australia and it isn’t quite like yours. We don’t get promo codes and all the promo codes from the US and Canada don’t work for us and you can’t stack codes either. So I just have to watch the lucky customers overseas with their many promos and goodies and live vicariously through you (I heard that in the UK they also don’t have as many promos either?). It’s fair to feel frustrated at spending a certain amount of money in the belief you would get additional benefits for the extra purchase price. Hope they resolve it for you!

      Hi there! I’m so happy you found my channel all the way over in Australia 🤩 I’m sorry the rewards program isn’t up to speed over there just yet. I will say though, from other creators that I’ve seen post the events they attend.. Dior definitely has better masterclasses there. They are free here, but the classes there provide food and drink and a voucher for a product. I wish they did that here. But until they do, I will keep posting events I attend so that you can all get a little more for the money you spend. Welcome to my channel, and I hope you stick around 😘😘😘

    Hi Giselle! ❤ I'm so happy to see you!! I am sorry that you had such a bad experience but I can't say I'm surprised. I didn't get a birthday or holiday gift last year. There were promotions that i didn't get including the one you mentioned and it was never adequately resolved. I finally gave up. I purchased a few items including the candle set which I really like. Even though I should be on a NO-BUY I just placed a couple of orders that I hope will have the promo items that I'm expecting. 🤞
    Anyway, I'm glad to see you. Thanks for sharing as per usual. 😂😊

I can’t resist 😂 I’m so sorry you didn’t get your birthday or holiday gifts.. they have no excuse for that! It’s crazy, I was catching up with my co-worker who is also platinum status, she wasn’t aware of the masterclasses! She said they never send her the email invites. I really hope they fix this soon because all that’s keeping me here are the products. Can’t wait to drop my prestige review video 🥰 I’ve missed you Ms. T! I’m so happy you’re back too 😘

    Hi Giselle. Thank you for your honest feedback. I have struggled with a few things myself, though I have not contacted customer service. I wonder what is up with the charm situation. Haven't been able to do that in some time. Anyway, thank you so much for your videos. I thoroughly enjoy them.

They need to know what is going on. Don't get me started on the charms.. that's been a hot mess for awhile now. I'm hoping they send something out to everyone as an apology for that.     Dior needs to make it right! I recently placed two separate orders due to personalization reasons. The Dior website offered a gift with purchase (GWP) on the condition that I purchase both a perfume and a lip product. Therefore, I added a $40.00 lip product to both orders. Unfortunately, when I received my order yesterday, the GWP was not included as advertised. I contacted customer service and was told that they ran out of the GWP and would provide a promo code instead. However, the promo code provided had a green check mark next to it but did not show anything in my cart. Additionally, they were out of a couple of samples that I had chosen so I didn’t receive those items either. Why did they show in my cart if they “ran out?” I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with Dior's inconsistency in delivering their promises. I am considering creating a video to share my negative experiences with Dior and hope that others will do the same. The bottom line is that Dior needs to honor their advertised offers and gain back their customers' trust.😢

      Hi there! I agree with you 100% please make a video and share your experience. I think if enough of us put it out there, they will have no choice but to listen. I just had another bad experience, which I will be posting soon as well. I was 2 purchases away from reaching platinum status, so I placed 2 orders the same day. Noticed nothing changed, when I called they said orders placed the same day all count as 1. Can you believe that?! So I asked to return and repurchase, they said I’d have to pay the return postage. Even though it doesn’t say anywhere on the website purchases made on the same day count as 1. They offered me a code too, and it was terrible… idk what’s going on with Dior, they are lucky they produce quality products, because the service is hit or miss.
