Ingredients
Eggs 4
Sugar 1/2 Cup
Flour 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp
Pineapple essence 1/4 tsp
Whipping Cream 350 gm (1 1/2 cup)
Pineapple chunks
Methods
Beat Egg and sugar 8 minutes
Then lightly fold flour
Then bake it
Then whip cream
Then cut cake in 3 layers after becomes cool then soak each layer with pineapple juice assemble it with cream and pineapple chunks

I tried this last week, I would say the sponge is perfect, however overall I felt it was lacking sweetness/tartness as your cream didn't have any sugar. So I used raspberry jam on mine then the cream on top. Beautiful 👌🏽
