I’m surprised that iRacing has downloaded a couple of race tracks North of the border but NOT South. I’ve been hoping that one day they would be able to download Autódromo Hermanos Rodriguez in Mexico City. Yes, I know the current F1 layout could really use some adjustments. However, it would be interesting to race on the layout that the NASCAR Busch Series raced on from 2005-2008; just to know what it was like.
Devil's Bowl closing hurts me. I've attended several races there. Plus, it was the location of the first ever World of Outlaws race. And that should tell you how fucking bad it's getting. When the founding track of the World Of Outlaws is about to get demolished. For example, my dad used to race in sprint cars and midgets at dirt tracks all over Texas. At the peak, they're we're at least 20-30 dirt tracks, and about 5-6 in the Houston area where my dad raced the most. Now, there's only 1 dirt track left in the Houston area. And across all of Texas, there's only maybe 5 or so in the entirety of the state of Texas. And then throw in asphalt/concrete tracks. Texas World, Longhorn, Corpus Christi, and probably a few more that aren't coming into mind. Racing is basically dead in Texas.
One definitely good thing about Heartland Park is that it has multiple configurations. By scanning one track you get at least 8 tracks, maybe even 12 if you make up your own layouts that would never be used IRL
Iracing needs a dirt mile, DuQuoin or Springfield. Those aren’t specifically about to shut down, but we just lost Syracuse and a ton of other historic dirt miles are gone, so let’s preserve what we’ve got left
There is a second track in Australia that has a paved oval attached to it. Its called Adelaide International Raceway. It was opened at the beginning of 1972 and ran events from the Australian Touring Car Championship to the Tasman Series for Formula 5000 cars. It just happens to have a 0.5 mile oval on the eastern end of the circuit which held events for Australian NASCAR and AUSCAR throughout the 1990's
AIR is my home track. I attended almost every AUSCAR/NASCAR meeting run there in the 1990's after I got my drivers licence in 1991. 1992 was the only one I missed because I was elsewhere that weekend. Unfortunately AIR is currently in a bad way. Circuit racing is all but a memory now as a lot of the western end of the circuit beyond turn 1 is overgrown from lack of use. Also, the drag racing fraternity installed a concrete fence all the way along the drag strip which effectively ended racing on the Bowl (officially it was called the Speedway Superbowl) and on the short road circuit. What people hated about that happening was that the drag people knew full well that they were getting a world class facility at The Bend that opened in October 2023, yet they still butchered the track for their own short term use and in the process killed off all but the drifting that happens around the Bowl.
It wouldn’t be a “last chance” for them to do it but I would like to see Delaware speedway in south western Ontario Canada be scanned. It’s the longest active race track in Canada hosting races for 70+ years. I know it likely wouldn’t happen because it’s such an unknown track but as someone who attends races so often I would love to see it in iracing
Heartland Park Topeka also hosted the Truck Series in its early years; heck, in the Truck Series-only game that Papyrus published, HPT was one of the featured tracks.
Heartland Park Topeka is also closing due to the all too common story of people buying houses that were built near a track (and the track is far older than the houses) then complain about noise and eventually red tape the track to death. That's what happened to the KCIR drag strip in Kansas City about 20 years ago, the next closest nhra track being heartland Park, about 1-2 hours west. Killed loads of machine shops and fabrication shops that made their living off the strip.
Rockingham has been scanned by iRacing. They announced it at some point, but a long time ago. They don't seem to be do anything with that scan though, but they at least have it sitting there. I don't personally want iRacing scanning all these old tracks though. iRacing's source code is closed source. I want these tracks which disappear in future, to be scanned in a way that others can use them in future, so that they don't get lost once iRacing disappears.
There is an abandoned track near Austin texas called texas world speedway it opened in 1969 were indy car and NASCAR they both left in the 80s. an it closed in 2017, because they went bankraupt
As an Aussie who grew up at the time we had NASCAR here at the Calder Park Thunderdome and the half mile Adelaide International Raceway Speedway Superbowl (my home track, I attended almost every meeting our stock car series had) ... I would love to see those two tracks scanned and made for gaming.
Idk how many times I’ve said this to people about old historic tracks but something I want to see on iracing is Meadowdale International Raceway. Sadly it closed in the 1990’s because the government bought back the land it was on but it could work exactly like the monza oval where irl series don’t race at it but would be fun to see how the community responds to it
The Rockingham scan in LFS does include the full oval - there's also a 1.86 mile superspeedway called the Kyoto Ring in there as well. And now that the devs have given the players fully functional vehicle modding tools, you could even make NASCAR and Indy cars, if someone hasn't already.
Heartland Park Topeka is my home track and has been host to some amazing road racing. Not only does it have a Road Course with multiple layouts, it also has a pretty sweet Dirt Oval and a NHRA Drag Strip. The larger pro events have dried up, but it was still a wonderful track for regional events. And could have almost been national level. NASCAR Trucks used to race the road course as well. Long story short though. Shawnee County taxed the ever living hell out of the owner, who fought the appraisal and eventually gave up and has to pay all the back taxes. This is not the first time Topeka/Shawnee County has tried to do this iirc. But +1 for it being scanned.
Devil’s Bowl in Mesquite, TX (suburb of Dallas) just announced it’s closing this year a couple weeks ago. The land it sits on is extremely valuable. This track is where the World of Outlaws was born in the late 70’s. It won’t be around for long so here’s to hoping iRacing gets to it before it’s demolished.
Pukekohe in New Zealand. Long standing V8 supercars track that had its last race in 2022. Its going to get redeveloped, and has a small window to Scan. I hope they do
Good news regarding Calder Park; it’s recently (in the past few months) held its first events in many years on the road course. Wakefield’s future is also secure for the near future, with it now under development as One Raceway, becoming a rare thing that nonetheless it would share with Calder’s Thunderdome; a bidirectional track, able to be run both clockwise and anticlockwise. Though the ownership is different, Calder might be able to utilise some of its connections; the recent events at the track were sanctioned by AASA, a sanctioning body owned by Winton Motor Raceway, already in the sim. Winton also previously owned Wakefield, though the redevelopment there is under new ownership.
Short track racer here! My home track has always been Wake County Speedway, a track rich in Raleigh history. I would love to see it scanned one day, as it would bring the track more popularity to already sold out nights. Lets hope some others agree and lets get this track added!
Calder Park isn’t even close to being shut down, it’s actually just been revitalised and is still being upgraded! I’m making a video on adding this to iracing, but it’s pretty safe as it stands.
Archerfield Raceway south of Brisbane would be a good one to add, as it hosted its final event a few months ago and is now closed. It was used for ages as a dirt oval, and a few years ago got in trouble with local government because the carpark was turned into a drift circuit and didn’t get approval 😅
OCFS 1000% needs to be added. I've gone to that track many times and it always puts on amazing racing. The track always has multiple lines and non stop action. Stewart Friesen is a regular there with his big block. The track normally runs big and small bocks along with sportsman mods, street stocks on a weekly schedule with outlaw late models and sprints going there once in a while. They have the biggest championship weekend in all of the north east with the eastern states weekend. A week long event with 5 classes racing on the weekend with a 200 lap big block modified race to cap off the weekend. Its an amazing track with amazing racing. Its a fan and driver favorite in New York, especially in Middletown where the track is located, and I know it will be a major hit in iracing.
Heartland is a super fun track in real life. Alpha (turn 1) is a pretty wild wide-open off-camber blind corner. Lots of good memories in my Miata there doing track days.
I’ll add the Springfield Mile/Illinois State Fairgrounds. It’s one of two permanent one mile dirt ovals left that’s still used for auto racing. The ARCA series races there. Bowman Gray would be fun too
They should get Memphis Motorsports park/international raceway before it’s too late. It’s just being left to rot but was a great Busch and truck series track. As for Nazareth they had it in the old papyrus nascar 1999 game so they should have the data or art from there to reconstruct it somewhat
FYI... The Caulder Park Thunderdome is NOT the only paved oval track in Australia. Adelaide International Raceway has one as well. Not used because we like to turn BOTH ways usually, but it is still a Short Track Oval. Would love to see the Aussie Racing Car Series do a NASCAR series on ovals.
I would love iRacing to add Brooklands in the UK to the game. Quite large parts of the track have been demolished, but from going there in person and racing on the track in rFactor, I can say that there’s enough there to make it happen. It’s a 2.7 mile 30° banked (tri?) oval with a weird alternate “road course” layout, it’s similar to the Monza oval in that regard. It is a blast to drive and would be great to add for many of the different iRacing communities.
I really don't see any reason not to scan Nazareth. The bumps, cut up track, tree roots etc and other issues can be digitally ironed out. Other games manage this just fine, so I don't see why iRacing should be any different.
Most defunct brazilian circuits were all scanned and preserved by Reiza Studios for both automobilista games, I'm not sure about curitiba, but the old Jacarepagua Circuit from Rio de Janeiro would be perfect, a track with an F1 grand prix layout, a shorter road course for lower spec series and the oval configuration that was run by CART from 96 to 2000. If iracing could get a deal to have reiza scans, this track would be awesome to have.
iRacing should add Palm Beach International Raceway if its not too late. It closed a year and a half ago but it hosted lots of races and many big teams tested there.
Iracing just needs to add a track maker. Let the community make tracks. And then just go through and polish all the good ones up to their standards and send it through as an official dlc. Cuts the work for the devs nearly in half. Exponentially increases potential tracks.
I race literally across the street from heartland park in my quarter midgets, I’ve gone to a few races and they need to scan it the road curse looks so fun to run
To match Orange County Fair Speedway there’s Citrus County Speedway in central Florida. Which is a 3/8 mile asphalt oval. But started as a 1/4 mile dirt oval for horses in 1955. Thankful it’s not closing but would be cool to see in iRacing.
I wish they’d ad Devil’s Bowl Speedway in Mesquite TX, the birthplace of the world of outlaws. It’s backstretch is about 50 feet higher than the front stretch. It closed last month, one of the greatest sprint car tracks of all time.
Would love to see Belleville High Banks make it into iRacing. It's been in operation since the 1900. It has a unique shape. And it's had race winners such as Jeff Gordon, Kasey Kahne, and Kyle Larson.
For dirt tracks. Before it gets turned into a cricket 🏏 facility they need to scan Western Springs Speedway in New Zealand. It's a legendary dirt here with some big names coming out to race during the Northern Winter. Most well known these days Kyle Larson used to come out every year pre covid
The good news for Nazareth is the track was made in older PC games Nascar Racing 1999 edition and Nascar Racing 3. For context when IRacing scanned North Wilkesboro with Dale Jr he had to bring in an army of people to help remove all the weeds and trash and that trash was in 10xs better shape than Nazareth is
Flat Rock Speedway, near where I grew up in the metro Detroit area, would be an excellent addition to iRacing’s short track collection…if it’s not already in there.

If you're wanting dirt speedways then they should add Western Springs in Auckland. It seems to be constantly under threat from the council. It's hosted speedway since 1929 and has had a bunch of US drivers like Kyle Larson race there over the US winter.
I so wish that they would add a track called Ona Speedway. NASCAR raced there in like the 60s and it hasn’t been repaved since it was reopened in the 90s. It’s my local track and the only place I have actual irl racing experience. The super old bumpy surface rattles your teeth out.
Heart land park closed due to tax reasons. Hopefully it will be open soon because it’s my “home track”. It’s a good road course, my dad said “it’s easy to be fast, but hard to be quick”.
I'm sad to hear Curitiba is no more, back in the Game Stock Car days that was always one of my favorite tracks in any car. That first corner was so much fun in slower stuff especially, one of the few "chicane into tight corner" combos that has a good flow to it.
Heartland, as a kansas racing fan would be awesome. The track is awesome to run on NR2003 and i WANT it on iracing one day. I know id shell out the money to race there
Well; the first one (Rockingham) The oval is a layout in LFS; in fact there are 12 layouts. As for cars; there are models of the modern IndyCar (2014; 2019; and 2022 versions); A CART car (based off a 97 car); and a 2003-esque Stock Car. A lot of real tracks have been created within LFS; Dijon-Prenois; Adelaide; etc
Pikes Peak Int’l - there aren’t very many one-mile paved ovals out there that have not been scanned. This is one. Autódromo Ciudad de Rafaela - USAC Champcar ran here in 1971. The oval would be fun to run and there is an infield road course. Indianapolis Raceway Park Road Course - where Mario Andretti got his first IndyCar win. Pipe dreams: I’d like to see some past configurations of current tracks. Like the original Atlanta Motor Speedway oval, the flat mini-Indy Homestead, the flat Las Vegas and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway oval without the warmup lane configurations. Ontario, Texas World, Nazareth and Walt Disney World are also on my list but the likelihood of seeing them is small. I hope videos like these convince them to at least do Nazareth.
LFS does have the oval of Rockingham... and there's plenty of mods (if you have S3 license, which is what unlocks Rockingham anyway) including Indycars and Stock Cars which are great on the oval.
The section from the second chicane down to the left hander on the old CART Track is now only a single lane wide due to the light rail network and would be very tough to recreate the former width from any scan data.

I'm not into dirt racing at all, but I'd love to see them add Western Springs Speedway in Auckland, NZ. It's very famous in the NZ racing community and still hosts national and international events but unfortunately it's in the middle of a fairly wealthy residential area and the noise complaints have only gotten stronger over the years. It's managed to stay open but I'd unfortunately be surprised if it's still operating as a race track 10 or 20 years from now.
Would love to see Calder get scanned as its just down the road from me. Love that its got the potential for a combined layout, and even just the circuit hosts great club level events. Were already got the big Victorian tracks, Calder is just the only 1 missing
I think my local track Grand Rapids Speedway would be a nice addition, though it’s not closing anytime soon and I’m not sure the history on it but though Grand Rapids, MN isn’t a big town it’s a nice little 1/4 or 1/5 mile and is fun to drive on
im pretty shocked Rockford Speedway didn't make it. They just hosted their last ever race this weekend. Dirt, Asphalt, and figure 8 races hosted there. Also the only track hosting NASCAR sanctioned events in the state other than WWT Gateway since Chicagoland is being left to die
Calder isn't the only paved oval in Australia, Adelaide International Raceway also has an oval. Also, if the pretence is "Tracks with an uncertain future", Calder doesn't really fit that list any more. They've had two race meetings in the past two months and series are already making commitments to return next year.
Nazareth would be hard and soon thier might be 2 greensville pikens but I think another good track they could scan is Oswego speedway and add both the dirt and asphalt variations
I-80 speedway in Nebraska permanently closed. Would like to see a scan of that track and while they’re at it do Eagle Raceway as well. Eagle is doing good so there’s no hurry on that one.
Curitiba is available in race 07/gtr evolution originally since it's the ex-wtcc game and wtcc raced there in the late 2000s. Im sure noone from the game developers will mind iracing to copy it from there if it's in the name of preserving the history.
You can't "hop back across the pond" from Australia to the USA. The 'pond' refers specifically to the North Atlantic which is why you usually hear it used into connection to going between North America and Europe/UK.
You forgot to include Altamont Motorsports Park in Tracy ca. Winston west ran there. Winners like Harvick Stewart Unser JR first ever Lemon's race. 1/2 mile and 1/4-mile asphalt track, road course and a figure 8
calabogie motorsports park would be a good addition if was scanned...its technically on iracing already as a mod, but it doesn't do the track justice with the elevation changes
wakefield will be reopened, they are currently building massive dirt banks around the outside to block the noise from getting out. Apparently there is an agreement that once complete it will open. More a when than an if.
They will literally never be able to get Nazareth. If North Wilkesboro was a pipe dream, Nazareth isn't even a fantasy. The actual pavement has been torn up in places allegedly, they'd need to patch that up before doing anything, and in its current state it's just simply unrecognizable from anything anyone would know.

I hope they scan some of these for future use. My top priority still is getting a new(er) version of Spa instead of the super old model we have at the moment with awful track limits.
I know I racing can't scan every track we like but I wish they would give us more fantasy tracks like iracing superspeedway there's alot of tracks on the world of outlaws game I think would be cool to add as a fantasy tracks on iracing
East Bay Raceway Park in Florida, 2024 is its last year and I know a lot of people would love to see that track on iracing.
Nazareth should be added as a “fantasy track” no real laser scan just an art piece that looks and feels like Nazareth.

Rockford Speedway and Devil's Bowl Speedway. Those two tracks are just way too iconic to not be preserved.

They tried to destroy TWS for years before that. Hurricane Harvey in 2017 was basically the opportunity as the reason.

I would like to see Fundidora Park as a track there, the track closed in 2006, yet it is intact in Monterrey, Mexico. It now serves as a public park.

Short track racer here! My home track has always been Wake County Speedway, a track rich in Raleigh history. I would love to see it scanned one day, as it would bring the track more popularity to already sold out nights. Lets hope some others agree and lets get this track added!

Calder Park isn’t even close to being shut down, it’s actually just been revitalised and is still being upgraded! I’m making a video on adding this to iracing, but it’s pretty safe as it stands.
Archerfield Raceway south of Brisbane would be a good one to add, as it hosted its final event a few months ago and is now closed. It was used for ages as a dirt oval, and a few years ago got in trouble with local government because the carpark was turned into a drift circuit and didn’t get approval 😅

OCFS 1000% needs to be added. I've gone to that track many times and it always puts on amazing racing. The track always has multiple lines and non stop action. Stewart Friesen is a regular there with his big block. The track normally runs big and small bocks along with sportsman mods, street stocks on a weekly schedule with outlaw late models and sprints going there once in a while. They have the biggest championship weekend in all of the north east with the eastern states weekend. A week long event with 5 classes racing on the weekend with a 200 lap big block modified race to cap off the weekend. Its an amazing track with amazing racing. Its a fan and driver favorite in New York, especially in Middletown where the track is located, and I know it will be a major hit in iracing.
Heartland is a super fun track in real life. Alpha (turn 1) is a pretty wild wide-open off-camber blind corner. Lots of good memories in my Miata there doing track days.
I’ll add the Springfield Mile/Illinois State Fairgrounds. It’s one of two permanent one mile dirt ovals left that’s still used for auto racing. The ARCA series races there. Bowman Gray would be fun too
They should get Memphis Motorsports park/international raceway before it’s too late. It’s just being left to rot but was a great Busch and truck series track. As for Nazareth they had it in the old papyrus nascar 1999 game so they should have the data or art from there to reconstruct it somewhat
FYI... The Caulder Park Thunderdome is NOT the only paved oval track in Australia. Adelaide International Raceway has one as well. Not used because we like to turn BOTH ways usually, but it is still a Short Track Oval. Would love to see the Aussie Racing Car Series do a NASCAR series on ovals.

I would love iRacing to add Brooklands in the UK to the game. Quite large parts of the track have been demolished, but from going there in person and racing on the track in rFactor, I can say that there’s enough there to make it happen. It’s a 2.7 mile 30° banked (tri?) oval with a weird alternate “road course” layout, it’s similar to the Monza oval in that regard. It is a blast to drive and would be great to add for many of the different iRacing communities.
I really don't see any reason not to scan Nazareth. The bumps, cut up track, tree roots etc and other issues can be digitally ironed out. Other games manage this just fine, so I don't see why iRacing should be any different.

Most defunct brazilian circuits were all scanned and preserved by Reiza Studios for both automobilista games, I'm not sure about curitiba, but the old Jacarepagua Circuit from Rio de Janeiro would be perfect, a track with an F1 grand prix layout, a shorter road course for lower spec series and the oval configuration that was run by CART from 96 to 2000. If iracing could get a deal to have reiza scans, this track would be awesome to have.
iRacing should add Palm Beach International Raceway if its not too late. It closed a year and a half ago but it hosted lots of races and many big teams tested there.
Iracing just needs to add a track maker.

To match Orange County Fair Speedway there’s Citrus County Speedway in central Florida. Which is a 3/8 mile asphalt oval. But started as a 1/4 mile dirt oval for horses in 1955. Thankful it’s not closing but would be cool to see in iRacing.
I wish they’d ad Devil’s Bowl Speedway in Mesquite TX, the birthplace of the world of outlaws. It’s backstretch is about 50 feet higher than the front stretch. It closed last month, one of the greatest sprint car tracks of all time.
Would love to see Belleville High Banks make it into iRacing. It's been in operation since the 1900. It has a unique shape. And it's had race winners such as Jeff Gordon, Kasey Kahne, and Kyle Larson.
For dirt tracks. Before it gets turned into a cricket 🏏 facility they need to scan Western Springs Speedway in New Zealand. It's a legendary dirt here with some big names coming out to race during the Northern Winter. Most well known these days Kyle Larson used to come out every year pre covid

The good news for Nazareth is the track was made in older PC games Nascar Racing 1999 edition and Nascar Racing 3.
For context when IRacing scanned North Wilkesboro with Dale Jr he had to bring in an army of people to help remove all the weeds and trash and that trash was in 10xs better shape than Nazareth is

If you're wanting dirt speedways then they should add Western Springs in Auckland. It seems to be constantly under threat from the council. It's hosted speedway since 1929 and has had a bunch of US drivers like Kyle Larson race there over the US winter.
I so wish that they would add a track called Ona Speedway. NASCAR raced there in like the 60s and it hasn’t been repaved since it was reopened in the 90s. It’s my local track and the only place I have actual irl racing experience. The super old bumpy surface rattles your teeth out.
Heart land park closed due to tax reasons. Hopefully it will be open soon because it’s my “home track”. It’s a good road course, my dad said “it’s easy to be fast, but hard to be quick”.

I'm sad to hear Curitiba is no more, back in the Game Stock Car days that was always one of my favorite tracks in any car. That first corner was so much fun in slower stuff especially, one of the few "chicane into tight corner" combos that has a good flow to it.

The oval is a layout in LFS; in fact there are 12 layouts.
As for cars; there are models of the modern IndyCar (2014; 2019; and 2022 versions); A CART car (based off a 97 car); and a 2003-esque Stock Car.
A lot of real tracks have been created within LFS; Dijon-Prenois; Adelaide; etc
Pikes Peak Int’l - there aren’t very many one-mile paved ovals out there that have not been scanned. This is one.
Autódromo Ciudad de Rafaela - USAC Champcar ran here in 1971. The oval would be fun to run and there is an infield road course.
Indianapolis Raceway Park Road Course - where Mario Andretti got his first IndyCar win.

I’d like to see some past configurations of current tracks. Like the original Atlanta Motor Speedway oval, the flat mini-Indy Homestead, the flat Las Vegas and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway oval without the warmup lane configurations. Ontario, Texas World, Nazareth and Walt Disney World are also on my list but the likelihood of seeing them is small. I hope videos like these convince them to at least do Nazareth.
LFS does have the oval of Rockingham... and there's plenty of mods (if you have S3 license, which is what unlocks Rockingham anyway) including Indycars and Stock Cars which are great on the oval.
i would also like to see utah motorsport campus along with the nitro rallycross courses :D
They should add Gold Coast and Adelaide because Iracing could use the Supercar tracks and the CART, Indy car and the F1 track

The section from the second chicane down to the left hander on the old CART Track is now only a single lane wide due to the light rail network and would be very tough to recreate the former width from any scan data.

I'm not into dirt racing at all, but I'd love to see them add Western Springs Speedway in Auckland, NZ. It's very famous in the NZ racing community and still hosts national and international events but unfortunately it's in the middle of a fairly wealthy residential area and the noise complaints have only gotten stronger over the years. It's managed to stay open but I'd unfortunately be surprised if it's still operating as a race track 10 or 20 years from now.
Would love to see Calder get scanned as its just down the road from me. Love that its got the potential for a combined layout, and even just the circuit hosts great club level events. Were already got the big Victorian tracks, Calder is just the only 1 missing
I think my local track Grand Rapids Speedway would be a nice addition, though it’s not closing anytime soon and I’m not sure the history on it but though Grand Rapids, MN isn’t a big town it’s a nice little 1/4 or 1/5 mile and is fun to drive on
im pretty shocked Rockford Speedway didn't make it. They just hosted their last ever race this weekend. Dirt, Asphalt, and figure 8 races hosted there. Also the only track hosting NASCAR sanctioned events in the state other than WWT Gateway since Chicagoland is being left to die
Calder isn't the only paved oval in Australia, Adelaide International Raceway also has an oval. Also, if the pretence is "Tracks with an uncertain future", Calder doesn't really fit that list any more. They've had two race meetings in the past two months and series are already making commitments to return next year.
Coventry stadium in the UK should be added. A 1/4 dirt track with an unbelievable amount of history
Nazareth would be hard and soon thier might be 2 greensville pikens but I think another good track they could scan is Oswego speedway and add both the dirt and asphalt variations
I-80 speedway in Nebraska permanently closed. Would like to see a scan of that track and while they’re at it do Eagle Raceway as well. Eagle is doing good so there’s no hurry on that one.
Curitiba is available in race 07/gtr evolution originally since it's the ex-wtcc game and wtcc raced there in the late 2000s. Im sure noone from the game developers will mind iracing to copy it from there if it's in the name of preserving the history.
You can't "hop back across the pond" from Australia to the USA. The 'pond' refers specifically to the North Atlantic which is why you usually hear it used into connection to going between North America and Europe/UK.
You forgot to include Altamont Motorsports Park in Tracy ca. Winston west ran there. Winners like Harvick Stewart Unser JR first ever Lemon's race. 1/2 mile and 1/4-mile asphalt track, road course and a figure 8

calabogie motorsports park would be a good addition if was scanned...its technically on iracing already as a mod, but it doesn't do the track justice with the elevation changes
wakefield will be reopened, they are currently building massive dirt banks around the outside to block the noise from getting out. Apparently there is an agreement that once complete it will open. More a when than an if.
5:30 ...Well I certainly wasn't expecting one of my home tracks here. Its sad, its looking like next year is completely up in the air for the place.
They will literally never be able to get Nazareth. If North Wilkesboro was a pipe dream, Nazareth isn't even a fantasy. The actual pavement has been torn up in places allegedly, they'd need to patch that up before doing anything, and in its current state it's just simply unrecognizable from anything anyone would know.

I hope they scan some of these for future use. My top priority still is getting a new(er) version of Spa instead of the super old model we have at the moment with awful track limits.

I think iRacing is hesitant to scan tracks that might shut down as I feel like defunct tracks tend to be far less popular on the service.
