Before your video i was finishing in Darlington (Arca Menards) 63/91 and RF very hot, now i did 83/89! Thank you so much for the video Greeting from Brazil God Bless 🙏
Great info! I think something you touched on that most people people don't realize is how much you can burn the tires on exit. Everyone hears to back up the braking point but they assume they can just mash the throttle. I still struggle with that even when I know about it.
@Ryan3298 steering ratio is user preference, I use 12:1 and 14:1 in xfinity and moving the breaks to the rear will help you rotate the car getting into the corner.
Big Time Thanks for the info i knew was somewhere after a year and a half of driving my ass off and seeing people just drive away looking effortlessly. I kept asking myself what have got what do they know ? Don’t be surprised if I contact you because I can keep guessing about this forever and telling myself: Gotta slow down to go fast as I attempt to flat foot it around martinsville lol. You know what I mean 😂
One thing I'll have to disagree with...... The steering ratio setting is not a myth. Run 25 laps with 8:1, then run another 25 laps the exact same way but with 14:1. The 8:1 setting will MELT the tires.

I’d love to just follow you for a run. Great video, thank you.
Does changing the brake bias and steering ratio work the same way on other cars like xfinity cars or trucks

Would this be similar in the next gen car.

#60 Aflac. Love it!
Thank you!
Huge Carl fan here! Anyways, I noticed you begin your drag when you're still on gas for a moment. Any reason for that?
@@RCSimRacin To build heat in the breaks so they are not super touchy going into the first corner.
Go Padres!!!

Nope, you are just over-turning it on 8:1. Ryan Kuhn is a 10k rating driver and runs 8:1 on everything.
It's a myth you don't know what you are talking about.
