Metal Raiders is one of my favourite sets in YGO. The cards are insane and its in the legacy of YGOs begin.

I didn't know there was 9 versions. My favorite card ever came out in metal raiders. Change of heart is obviously my favorite of the set since it's my favorite card of all time.
I had no clue at all that they made 8 and 7 reprints. Seems kinda insane to make so many but my favourite card by far is time wizard because it’s so nostalgic from Joey in the anime and I love the card with a cool effect left up to chance! ACTUALLY PULLS MY FAVOURITE CARD BEFORE O STARTED WATCHING! LETS GOOO
this type of video is so cool. Metal raiders is such a sick nostalgic anime set. definitely a throw back! definitely did not know about all these print runs. I gotta say i really like the old lower name box, smaller picture nostalgic look of the cards compared to the 25th versions.
MRD is such a classic! Probably my second favorite set behind IOC. I love seeing that Barrel Dragon - it’s just such a cool looking card
My fav card from this booster pack is definitely Gate Guardian. After the LOB video, I am not surprised about these many reprints, but I didn't know about all of them specifically. I'd like to say that I highly appreciate this type of videos that delve deep into the subtleties and small differences between different editions. This knowlege is really valuable for the collector community, and since it's so niche, it's difficult to find, so I want to thank you for that!

Well my favorite card from MRD is Summoned Skull, I actually managed to pull one recently from the 25th MRD, but would love a 1st Ed one! And I didn't know there was also 9 total prints for this set.
Now this was a great opening! Quite the nice pulls for sure, everything is so iconic in this set... congrats on another amazing video!
Great video series! I don’t think that 2003 pack you opened was from a BPT Tin since it still had a Magic card in it. 2003 tins were the first to make the shift to “Spell” cards while still having the original look to them 15:39

Time wizard is definitely my favourite card in MRD. After the LOB video, I am not surprised that MRD has so many prints. I am guessing MRL has as many as MRD too

Wild that there's nine prints! I would've guessed thought five or six at most, but I guess I should've known Konami would've printed their OG cash cows way more than that. 😂 That's on me, honestly. Always had a soft spot for Barrel Dragon, so that's definitely the fave!

I love metal raiders. Pulled a gate guardian out of one of my european packs, I think from 2014. Gate guardian has to be my favorite by far.
Love MRD. I have a big softspot for Catapult Turtle. I have tried many times to jam together a reasonable GOAT deck around it - but alas it is kind of bad. Shame I can't do some season 1 anime style catapulting mechanics 😅
I want to voice my appreciate for the editor changing the Price pop up spot in this video to always be the final card rather its a hit or not. I know its not a big deal and its a small change, but in some previous videos if the price popped up on the Rare, it meant he didn't pull anything good and the anticipation kinda died because of it. This new way doesn't ruin the reveal and I appreciate it for weirdos like me.

I love this kind of educative video. Actually if I remember correctly, there was another print of MRD similiar to the legendary duelists lite edition with only 2 or 3 cards inside. I don't remember the exact name but I'm pretty sure it exists 😂
Black Skull Dragon is my favorite card from that set. Just an awesome looking monster from the anime.

Yea dude loved barrel dragon n summoned skull n mirror forced these packs used 2 be on the side of the isles at a old Walmart me n my brother wud grab couple blisters hanging n see who got better pulls wish I would've kept my 1st edition stuff but hey how was we supposed 2 kno. He was always luckier than me opening packs lol

I love Metal Raiders. B. Skull Dragon, Mirror Force, Summoned Skull are amazing. I never tried Garnicia Elefantis in a game, but I'd play it in a beast deck.

I recently bought a box of the newly reprinted 25th Anniversary Metal Raiders Set and pulled B. (Black) Skull Dragon, Thousand Dragon, Imperial Order and more one of my absolute favorite sets I would have to say my favorite card in the set is Summoned Skull.
I didn't know how many they reprinted, but my favorite card in the set is probably Kuriboh since it began the Kuri Line.
My favorite set is Magician's Force, so open some of that soon...

I saw the Metal Raiders Promotional Pack on eBay about a month ago. I didn’t think they counted as a release but thought that was cool to see!

I have a lot of nostalgia for Metal Raiders. I think my favorite card from that set is Kuriboh, but mostly due to its use in the anime & character in the abridged series. Lol
I remember when the original came out, was so much fun pulling this and LOB. Wish I could go back and tell child me to keep them safe!

MRD has so many iconic cards. Many of the nostalgic cards for me aren't really all that great. I'd say my favorite card from MRD has to be Mirror force OR twin headed thunder dragon! Love the content. Keep it up

I opened my first MRD 25th pack yesterday and got the Fake Trap but its still a really fun set to open. I want to open a summon skull.

The other day, I bought two packages, and I got Guardian Gate (secret rare). I think it was the luckiest day of my life.
