Another great video, Adam! 👏 One question for you... Cover on my new (yet unused) LG30 coil seems very loose. On LG28 and LG15 coil it is much tighter... I think, it will fall off any time... Is this a manufacturing fail? Because my friend also bought one and it falls off, when detecting... 😢
Shouldn't be...ellipticals will be more stable 🤔 Very odd...harder to demonstrate under identical circumstances due to environmental changes etc. but I'll mention that too 👍.
Hi wonder if you can help with a problem I had. I received my upgrade pack on Friday all fitted on Saturday aswell as the lg30 coil. Went out on Sunday and all was fine didn't find slot as it was a quite permission we have. So I thought I would go again on Monday but to another little permission we got turned on legend did noise cancellation and all seemed fine about 10 mins in and massive amount of chatter tried noise cancellation and nothing tried single frequency and still the same. So turned off and back on again 5 mins later the same then I got se and shut down nothing done this about 6 times tried all the resets as phone was back at car. No good so as I wasn't far from home went home and got lg28 coil fitted and quite as a mouse no more chatter no probs before with lg28 coil running 1.11 update also do you ground balance deffo never had se before any help would be grateful many thanks Daryl 😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫 very confused 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Hi Daryl, It'll be impossible to diagnose without being there. Under identical circumstances the LG30 will be quieter just due to the elliptical shape. There will be some external factor you're unaware of...and it could be anything from interference from your phone, nearby mast, nearby WIFI changing to something simple like dirt under the coil cover or the coil plug not being inserted correctly.
@@DTEKTSUSSEX it was a brand new coil and I have used the legend on this permission with the standard coil on numerous occasions without any problems there are no power lines or mast of any sort in the area and all connections were good as double checked all that straight away. Thanks for your thoughts but for my own piece of mind I have sent the coil back to be tested or exchanged just in case I have been unlucky and received a faulty one 👍👍👍👍
Thanks Richard! Beach detecting is certainly a different beast but it can be very rewarding once you've learned to read the beach and set your machine for it. If you're patient it's a great activity!

I just keep them as default. I hunt in so many different places with different types of finds that it's easier to keep them as-is 😊👍

Love your videos, still can't make up my mind if beach detecting is for me, but I like the idea of the search and the unknown on what you may find.
