Hello, nice video ! can you explain where to put the multimeter probes to get the frequency ? can you please show how to measure the voltage at the exit of the SMPS transformer. Thanks
it can be done by disassembling transformer and finding turn/volt ratio, and reduce turns in secondary. and then re-arranging voltage divider network, in TL431 and to remove 39V zener from sense line for PC817 LED path
I have three phone batteries in series about 12 .5 v .the charger open circuit is about 13.2v .it charges normally the batteries but some time it doesnt do it .it charge it about 11.6 v .i have separayed the batteries and with a phone charger i charge it very hood can you explame it
i think the phone batteries have BMS (battery management system) a small PCB inside the battery. at full charge, may be it is stopping the charging or may be the thermal protection is activated in case of over temperature of the battery
You have drawn wrong position of 10k resistor connected across power ground and drive pin as per the pcb layout in your diagram. Actually it's a pulldown resistor and is connected just across the gate and source of the mosfet. Thanks sir.

No. It is normal vcc. Some ic work upto 35 volt
