We've come a long way under Napier. Since he got here the players have moved into one of the nicest most perfectly located apartment complexes in town and opened brand new everything basically for the players. Also hired a massive support staff. I think we're doing it right finally!!

It used to be owned by two brothers who graduated from UF a couple years before. That place would get nuts tho. I used to see Riley Cooper and Brandon Spikes there all the time. Other players too, but I didn’t know them.

Up until a few years ago, schools were allowed to do jerseys with recruits names and numbers on them to make them more personalized, talk about time and expense. At the Division I school I worked for we did it for all the sports, football, hoops even the non revenue. The local company we used loved us...lol

Gainesville is pretty much the Greenville of Florida. Got to love college towns like this. These days the money conferences want schools in huge tv markets.
Gainesville feeds off the Orlando/Daytona, Jacksonville, and Tampa/St. Pete tv markets. If you subscribe to Cox cable (at least it used to be the main cable provider in town) it showed channels from those markets.

It’s the Riddell Axiom. New helmet model from Riddell that doesn’t have a top bar.
Newer helmet for increased vision. Sadly #1 got dismissed. Ironically the WHOLE defense plays better now
