My name is Jasmine and I have relocated from Sydney Australia to Ghana in west Africa as of the year 2020.
My parents are of Ghanaian descent and so am I although I was born in Australia. Here on my channel, my goal is to give you a real glimpse into what its like to live in Ghana, from the Ghanaian food, to the Ghanaian culture, to the Ghanaian lifestyle and everything in between. My goal is to satisfy your curiosity about Ghana and help inspire to explore Ghana.
My prayer is that these videos do just that for several African’s in the diaspora.

Omg I use to ❤️ sugar, processed foods & grains but I had to give up my addiction. I can only eat meat & green vegetables. Surprisingly I don’t miss sugar like I thought I would. It wrecked havoc on my body. Lost a lot of weight giving up my sweet tooth. Can think a lot clearer too. Sugar is just as addictive as cocaine the experts say.

I had the same revaluation and did the same. I have my moments but am starting to enjoy life without too much sugar. Have you noticed clarity and great focus?
@@shestudios girl I wish I had of done this years ago. No more brain fog, clarity, no mood swings, no body aches (plus I take collagen peptide powders daily too). I know my next step was likely type 2 diabetes. What I’ve learned is good health is happiness & wealth & food is medicine.

Hi there, it just cross my eyes as you were turning your wheels, being a professional mechanic.There are two lights showing on your dashboard. one is engine management light that indicate any faults that comes up with your car either being electrical or mechanical, while the other one with the sign in the middle is for the tyre pressure, your tyres need to be pump up. Take it to a garage and have it investigate/ diagnose and send the results to me to help you fix it if you want, Evans ka. I am one of your follower and subscriber.
