Just started playing Elex, but judging from earlier games, crafting weapons is mostly a waste of skills and money, except for the gemstones that is a new feature and seem very practical and powerful. The Elex drinks, on the other hand, have always been very essential, so chemistry seem like a must-have.

For the Berserkers you’d want Enchant Weapon to add elemental damage buffs to Berserker weapons. It saves you from needing to spend attributes and skill points into melee if you don’t plan to
Man I miss immersive crafting systems like Gothic 1 and 2 had. Where you actually had to create a sword by first smelting the iron, cooling it, then put it on the anvil and finally sharpening it. It felt like you actually created something. I find these menu crafting systems to be so lackluster.
@@Kuposaur They need more budget and more developers tbh,i think they made this game with 30 to 40 developers,and they outsource some stuff as well,i hope they improve Elex 2,but its impressive what they made with a few devs they have.

YES!!! I am so disappointed in the Elex crafting. Feels like they threw it in to just say its there. Elex 2 needs to improve on crafting.

I don't know why the game won't let me learn that skill even that I have all requirement attributes with out armor
