Have one we use for top scrubbing edges and it sure beats blades. It lasted about three years before needing repairs. We just bought a second one and use the older model for deep cleaning several flooring types too.
A great addition to the custodians toolbelt.

I would love one of these. I have access to a motorscrubber jet 3 and they're decent enough. It's always amazing how much dirt comes out when you machine scrub floors.
