What a guest! Wish this could have been better questioned and more productive. You don’t need to deny the guest on anything when he had already achieved so much. “Nahin nahin yeh simple baat nahin hoti”, “mai apko batau” “die” “inteqal” “acha point hai acha point hai” -,- Acknowledge and let the guest speak. Act mature. There is no relevancy between the guest and the host but since he is already on your seat, let him speak please and treat him big. - Please consider this as constructive feedback.

May be you don’t like my comment but here is the reality,Pakistan is a country where asking question is prohibited,as when you will let your students and youth ask questions it will lead to existential crisis for Pakistan, hence no one is allowed to ask and if you ask too much it will be called blasphemy.the day religion and state will become two separate entities Pakistan will start getting better

I didn't get through the whole conversation, and I couldn't. Do you know Why? Either Anchor or Guest lacking communication skills. The Guest particularly didn't know how to deliver impactful message rather rough and raw talks.
For example: When Guest says, when I came to Lahore, didn't know what to do and I was more curious to learn Programming.
Question is: You [Guest] didn't know anything, and just jump started at one of the most tough trade / spheres of Programming without knowing the very basics of Computing? How?
Its just only one point. Rest, I am unable to understand and digest the conversation, and how I would reach or draw conclusion?
May he and you knows or not, the 80% of Managers in the world spent their times and get their jobs done through effective Communications. I could understand nothing except some petty talks with such weak, enigmatic, detached, hugger-mugger and inexpressive communications skills.

@shave: why would you want to hire people from Pakstan, are there no good IT people in India? India would have been even further in development if we hadn't had the need to spend our resources on defending ourselves from terror originating in Pakstan, towards our country. If Pakstani are serious about developing their economy, let them then start by sending pakfauj back to the barracks but not a single Pakstani ever comes out on the street to demand true democracy.

I have Pakistani friends in IT industry. I see that these Pakistani software engineers are not ready to mingle much with people. They stay just amongst them selves. They have a feeling of insecurity. In soft ware industry to be successful you have to mingle with people, connect with people of different cultures. Its very important for success of industry in Pakistan.
If you compare with Indians, Indian people are very open, they can mix with people of different cultures both inside office and outside office. Indians are ready to experiment with different kinds of food in restaurants , homes .I have seen Pakistani's have severe restrictions on food.
Also this is a SERVICE industry. We have to be flexible to be successful. Indians are very flexible. They know how to handle Clients. Any customer request need to be entertained and attended to. Pakistanis are not flexible at work. Being service industry we do not have the luxury to say NO to customer. India is in the forefront of Software industry. In the next 10 years every company in the world will have an office in India . World cannot survive with out the IT support that india is providing. Look at european companies like Mercedes setting up R&D facility in India.

I found Pakistani people ignorant at large, they can’t digest anything . While we Indian are very much flexible in work ethics and grow old in flexible and secular thought processes , Alhumdulillah . That’s why there is a difference in thought processes , when you grow with different perspectives and ideas and with different religious colleagues and practising your beliefs and religions , you would have habit to get agree on disagree .

Eventhough there are basically similarities between the two countries Indias foundation was different.
Education- creation of IIT's and REC's, IIM etc were created with foreign aid
Green revolution - a farming nation like India used to import wheat. After the Green revolution was introduced with high yielding varieties india stsrted producimg more food frains. Now India contributes 40%of the worlds rice.
White revolution - created milk cooperatives across the country heling farmers and increasing milk .
But the core remains education. People invested in education and india is reaping its benefits
