Exciting, I can’t wait to see what’s coming. I bought mine last month and your videos helped me with a lot of information, especially the TOTAL RANGE WHEN ITS LOADED.

Been a subscriber for some time now, and I’m very excited for what’s coming. Ford seems to like working with TH-camrs. They just launched the 7th gen Mustang, and a popular channel host I’ve followed for quotes some time actually spoke live at the event. So glad for what you have coming. 👍👍

300 mile range and I would get on the list asap. Our trucks are all high mileage two of them just at or over 400,000 miles. Most days we would be ok on the current range but some months we would have to charge every day to get back home. The costs are so close now to making it payoff when you calculate in normal gas station stops of 2-3 a week taking on average 10 minutes each by the time you exit a road fill up and maybe someone goes inside the store. I am guessing a normal stop to charge an ev would take closer to a minimum of 20 minutes by the time you exit deal with the charger setup and waiting. Loose time on the days farther from our shop and save time in the jobs closer to the shop. So much of the time would likely balance out over time, but having a crew sitting in a van that are just ready to be home would create van hatred.

@@ericgandy1291 depending on the size of your fleet, most times it's simply just recognizing which vehicles can run the long distances and which ones can't. If we have a call that is going to be pushing the limits of distance we simply just dispatch a gas vehicle to that call. Also don't forget the speed of DC fast chargers. They will charge the van from 20% to 80%, and 30 minutes. So another option on those days where range might be an issue would be to just plan lunch around a DC fast charger.

You’re working hard bro. Doing the job, then the video editing after work. It’s kind of inspiring. Keep it up

you channel isn't huge but there are very few etransits and you are doing interesting testing/info/actually using them for work. As much as I hope ford can ramp up production tbh I think these 1st gen etrans owners are guinea pigs and a 2nd gen will come along even as soon as 2024.
