Nice to see what you go through in loading/unloading. So now you have the enjoyment of moving lots of material farther and faster. I am sure the 6 way will be missed but each machine will have their strengths.
Boy! That looks like a beast of a machine! Happy for you! More digging power means you will get the jobs done faster! Now all you need is to get an angle bucket for doing sloped grading work! I hear the Werk Brau folks have one!
Sweet machine! Can't wait to see more of it. And loading/unloading is a trip to see on film and in person. Glad you got the truck all set up and can haul the dozer or the 80 as the need arises.
Nice machine we have a couple KX 80s one is called a super double boom great machines, also watching you load that steel track machine on steel ramps ! Easy does it !!!
@vincecheney2017 I have really enjoyed having the 80. It is definitely working well for what I wanted it for. They cleats on the ramps grab the steel tracks quite well. It's not as scary as people think. I have loaded the dozer on that truck many many times. Thank you for watching, and have a wonderful day 😀
That “young lady” there at the site, filming, can probably provide you with a still photo of the KX-080 on the truck. Will you miss the 6-way blade being on this unit..? Great video, Thank you sir.
Way better than the first time and even though you say the ramps are heavy…they don’t look like they are going to last with the 080. No doubt heavy to lift without assist springs but I’d hate to see them break on you at an inopportune time.
@MattMorris481 Those ramps are so heavy, my broke body just can't muster putting them down by hand anymore. Thank you for watching, and have a wonderful evening 🙂
I have the extra counterweight, so that helps offset it. But I have never run an 80 without a thumb, so I have nothing to compare it to. Thanks for watching, and have a wonderful weekend 😀
How is the swing power on the 80? My next mini/mid is going to have a tiltrotator setup and the 40 (IMO) just doesn't have enough swing power to really be effective.
@SovaKlr impaired to the 40 it has noticeably more. But I haven't ran other 8 ton machines to have a comparison. Hope this was helpful. Thanks for watching.
They get better traction, last much longer, and give better stability and flotation. And yes, the is the question I get asked the most. Thanks for watching, and have a wonderful evening 😀
People asked me to do a video of loading the machine. So yes, some people did. Today's video will be all work. Thanks for watching, and have a wonderful day 😀
I don’t understand why he thinks he can get on here and start telling what to put on his own channel. I wanted to see him drive that big nice truck but ohwell
I appreciate seeing the loading and unloading with this new machine. In fact, I think it would be interesting to see the bulldozer loaded and unloaded if that opportunity arises.
Congrats on the new machine! The 80 class machines are a great size. Good blend of power and compactness.
Yes I am loving it. Thanks for watching, and have a wonderful evening 😀
This loading went much better than the first time. Thanks for showing this.
You are welcome, thanks for watching.
Ovo je bager 5 ton jeli?????@@jeramyreberpuredirt7873
Nice machine Jeremy. Good luck to you with your new machine.
Thank you very much ❤️ have a great day 😀
Epic! By the looks of it, you'd think the dirt is loosely packed top soil. So cool how easy its digging if the 040 barely could.
The 80 did make the digging look easy.
I got into harder digging today, and it still just blasted through it. Thanks for watching, and have a wonderful evening 😀
Nice setup congratulations on that beast of a machine
Thank you very much ❤️. Thanks for watching, and have a wonderful evening 😀

Yes, miss the 6 way, but man, will this thing dig. Thanks for watching, and have a wonderful evening 😀
Nice machine! Glad your happy, I'm sure it will serve your needs well! Good post!
Thank you 🙂
Finally getting some work out of the new toy. Look forward to seeing more videos with it.
Yes, I am excited 😊 have a wonderful day and tomorrow there will be more 😊
Boy! That looks like a beast of a machine! Happy for you! More digging power means you will get the jobs done faster! Now all you need is to get an angle bucket for doing sloped grading work! I hear the Werk Brau folks have one!
Thank you. Yes, I can see the tilt bucket being useful on the 80. Thanks for watching, and have a wonderful evening 😀

Thx for getting back and good luck to you
@vincecheney2017 🙂
Very nice machine. It sounds about the same as the 040. Not loud at all.
No, it's very quiet. I like that. Have a wonderful evening 😀
That “young lady” there at the site, filming, can probably provide you with a still photo of the KX-080 on the truck. Will you miss the 6-way blade being on this unit..?
Great video,
Thank you sir.
Yes, I do miss the 6 way. Thanks for watching, and have a wonderful evening 😀
Looks like it's smooth and fast
I am very happy so far 😊
Nice machine!! Well done
Thank you. Thanks for watching, and have a wonderful evening 😀
At least it has angle blade
Yes, the angel blade is still very nice compared to a standard straight. Thanks for watching, and have a wonderful evening 😀
Nice!
Thank you 🙂
Nice
Thank you 🙂
Join a chain between the two ramps. Then you can do two ramps at once without needing help or to get out of the machine.
@torah033 That's a good idea, thanks. Have a wonderful weekend 😀

No doubt heavy to lift without assist springs but I’d hate to see them break on you at an inopportune time.
Our dozer weighs the same and they have held up for many years. And yes, much better than the first time. Have a wonderful day 😀
Yeah know I’ve never seen anyone put the Ramps down with the machine, but I’ll tell you this if I owned one that is damn sure what I would do.😂
@MattMorris481 Those ramps are so heavy, my broke body just can't muster putting them down by hand anymore. Thank you for watching, and have a wonderful evening 🙂
80 doesnt have a 6way only 4way blade?
Yes, no 6 way. The 40 is the only machine Kubota offers it on. Have a wonderful evening 😀
How may hours are on your kx040 rig now?
1900hrs. About ready for the 2000hr service.
Hello. Do you find the thumb sets the machine off balance, makes it a bit front heavy. Thanks, stay safe.
I have the extra counterweight, so that helps offset it. But I have never run an 80 without a thumb, so I have nothing to compare it to. Thanks for watching, and have a wonderful weekend 😀

I know you probably answered this before. Why do you rather the metal over the rubber tracks?
They get better traction, last much longer, and give better stability and flotation. And yes, the is the question I get asked the most. Thanks for watching, and have a wonderful evening 😀

You spent 10 mins of the video loading and unloading the machine. I don't think people want to see 10 minutes of that just FYI. Cool machine.
People asked me to do a video of loading the machine. So yes, some people did. Today's video will be all work. Thanks for watching, and have a wonderful day 😀
You might be new to the channel, the loading and unloading was really sketchy first time and yes a lot of us wanted to see it get better/safer.
I don’t understand why he thinks he can get on here and start telling what to put on his own channel. I wanted to see him drive that big nice truck but ohwell
Speak for yourself
