For the right price I'll come over and do some jumping jacks on the trench. By the way, there once was a man named Paul who split ten rounds with a maul. Got a workout and saved time though the experts cried crime for hydraulic free splitting and all. 🤠 Nice job, by the way.
@johnoswald6192 That would probably work better than the rented compactor. When he took the compactor back, they inspected it and the throttle cable holder was broken and wasn't letting it rev up. They didn't charge us for it.
Installing a culvert and spreading gravel....doesn't get much better than that for a days work! Great job as usual. Just out of curiosity, why didn't you pull the rest of that 2 or 3" white pipe out of the ground?
@@craigvanhousen559 Thank you. I didn't know if something else was tied into the pipe. I didn't want to rip it out and find out it was attached to a rain gutter. I hope you are having a wonderful day 😀
@stevefavia all the angels and the steepnes a skidsteer would have been a pain in the but. And the time it would have taken to haul the 2nd machine in and back out, I would have been finishing. I don't get paid for moving equipment around. Thank you for watching, and have a wonderful day 😀
@stevefavia been doing this for over 30 years myself. I absolutely hat running skidsteer, and I do a better job grading with the excavator than I do with the bouncy skidsteer. It took me 2 hours to start to finish to dig the culvert in, compact it, and spread the gravel out. With a setup long enough to haul both machines, I would have had to unload the machines close to 1/2 a mile away. It would not have gotten the job done in half the time. But thank you for your input. I always enjoy chatting with people. What part of the country are you in? Hope your day is going well.
Looking good as always. 👍🏻
You have brought us to that place before, I believe you cleaned the ditch last time.
@addictedtobedrock5282 Thank you very much. You are very observant. Yes, I have been there before cleaning ditches. Hope you have had a good day 😁
Great job. Love watching you run the Kubota.
@jenhathcock4275 Thank you very much. Thanks for watching, and have a wonderful evening 😊
Nice grading job brother. Thanks for the video.
@RichBenson-jx8pt Thank you, and as always, thank you for watching 🙂 have a wonderful day 😀

@@jeramyreberpuredirt7873 That makes since. Have a great day!
What type of gravel do you use for a driveway like this?
@gentlebear2722 It's what we call 3/4 minus. It has fines in it and packs in very well. Thank you for watching, and have a wonderful day 😀
Hello jeramy good job like always but may I say that you have to be a bit nicer to your customers lol just kidding keep up the great work
You need to bring a skid steer with you, more productivity, probably cut your time almost in half.

@ Lol ,a trailer would carry both a mini backhoe and a skid steer used to do it for 35 years, your jobs would go a lot quicker.
