    Cody, I don't know how close you are to the "Wind River Range", but there are the "Green River Lakes" at the head waters of the Green River that support trophy fish. Also, the Big Horn River at the base of the Big Horn Mountains is another trophy water. Tight Lines !!!

    We are heading to Fort Pickens with our dome and electric bikes my precious husband purchased for us to travel around the island. We booked it months ago immediately after watching your video. We have a suggestion for you and that is Red Rocks, Colorado. We caught a Big Head Todd and the Monsters concert at the Amphitheater. GORGEOUS! We also drove up to the summit of Mount Evans which was 14,000'. Made me cry to see such beauty with my own eyes. Absolutely amazing! We stayed at a beautiful KOA in Central City which was located in the middle of both of those venues. There were great campgrounds at the foot of Mount Evans. That would be a fantastic video for you guys. Looks like y'all are having a great time. Next spring we are going to the Blue Ridge Mountains in Ashville. I noticed you guys don't talk about how you deal with sleeping in the heat and cold and damp feeling sheets and pillows or maybe I missed it. Could you guys touch on these subjects sometime? We take a fan and sometimes the portable a/c. We are from Little Rock as well. Safe travels. Sorry, my husband just told me you have a buddy heater.

    In your travels across Colorado check out Eleven Mile Reservoir west of Colorado Springs near the town Florissant. Also Horsetooth Reservoir north near Fort Collins along with Pueblo Reservoir in the southern part of the state. There’s some good eating trout to be had from the lakes and streams out yonder. We used to enjoy covering them with lemon slices, almonds and a touch of butter then wrapping in foil and cooking over a campfire. 🏕 🎣 🔥
    Oops, I was thinking y’all were in Colorado. I’d suggest fishing along the White River towards Cody, Wyoming as well as Guernsey Reservoir which is in the southeastern area.

So beautiful with that meadow 🥰 And as always I wanted some of Kellie’s food 😆 I also agree that chili needs beans ! Unless of course it’s just on a hot dog or a burger. Thanks for bringing us into your camp and making us all jealous LOL 😆

      If you are going to be camping in the mountains in Wyoming next month be prepared for very cold nights. It will freeze on the mountains at night in September here. Unless you're camping in a camper. I work with a mountain guiding outfitter. Even in the middle of summer it can get chilly at night here. We tell everyone to bring a stocking cap to wear at night if you get cold. Have a great vacation!

    So if you're using deep cycle batteries they are probably lead acid batteries which means you can only use half of the capacity of the battery before you have to recharge it going below half will degrade the battery and it will slowly lose its capacity. I think it's time for lithium. Looking at lion batteries they're much cheaper when it comes to lithium. Check out love your RV You did some reviews on the lion batteries.

  • @colleenwilkin5705
    @colleenwilkin5705 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    couldnt you just hook the car up to the trailer and just run the car for awhile. OF course, your using up the gas in the vehicle, but at least your charging up the batteries. You betcha I make my homemade chili with beans. Ive been to a quite a few chili cookoffs and all of the ones that win, have beans in them. Great video, and love your life!
