@@TiffanyLee thank you so much! I will def reach out if I have questions. I also follow you on ig and can message you there if I need to. thank you so much!!!
Tiffany, I am so glad I found you mid-May!! I have watched your videos and they are so helpful! I start my practicum in s hook psychology in August. Hope you can post more videos this summer on giving assessments, which assessments you prefer, more Q and A sessions, etc. I appreciate anything as my focus is on learning all I can. I understand you have life outside the job, but the videos are so appreciated. Thank you
Great information Ladies! I will be a first-year School Psychology student at Texas State this fall and apart of the grant program that Jackie mentioned! It is a blessing!
This was a great video! I had no idea about Graduate Assistantships, but that's definitely something I'll start looking at while I research school psychology programs. I'm currently a 6th grade teacher, and I really connected to Jackie's journey to school psychology. Great conversation. Thanks for the advice!
Thank you so much for tuning in! There are a handful of teachers who come into the field and they become the best school psychologists because of their classroom experience. Good luck with your journey!
I needed this video today. I was feeling overwhelmed balancing work and school. I decided to rely on loans for a little bit, so I can focus on school and graduate on time. I want to make the most of my education by giving myself to dive deeper into what I'm learning. Reducing my hours at work is allowing me to do that.
Hi Tiffany! I’ve been following your platform for a while and it’s been so helpful during my journey. I’m ending my second year of my school psych graduate program and had my daughter last May! It’s been a challenge balancing it all but taking the extra loans out has helped me a lot. I’m always nervous I will regret that decision later but this video helped ease my worry! Thank you so much for dedicating so much time to educating people on our profession 😊
student loans/ the american higher education system need to change. I feel like a lot of people find ways to make it work but it's not always easy. Congrats on your baby!!
Loved the video!! I am currently working full time after graduating from undergrad and am looking to apply to grad school for fall 2021!! This really helped me out. I’m a first gen, so your videos really give me a guide and a safe space for all of my questions. I really really appreciate it. 💕
I just found your channel and I'm loving it! I just started my first semester as a PsyD student this fall and I have not been able to find a lot of relatable content.
Congrats to you ladies! It's def. Harder for grad moms. I'm coming to the close of my psyd school psych program and had to take out Federal loans to pay and work full-time to take care of my kids.
Hi Yolanda! I wish we talked about grad students with children in this video! My cohort included a few grad moms and I think it's truly amazing how they were able to balance school, work, and taking care of their children all at the same time. I honestly believe it's a privilege to attend graduate school with how much you need to sacrifice and pour in. Thank you so much for the reminder and for watching :D
That's a great question! It seems like 4-6% is pretty reasonable for private student loans these days. Here's a good resource I found on youtube that you can check out since I'm not an expert in private loans: th-cam.com/video/B7Bt0DDgmuU/w-d-xo.html Thanks for watching!!
Thank you for the shout out! If any of you are wanting to know about my experience using Post 9/11 GI Bill Benefits through graduate school, shoot me a message either on my channel or on my Instagram account listed in the description. I am more than happy to help!
thanks so much! :D honestly, I've considered the military route back in college but never followed through. I still actually think about joining time to time lol

This was so incredibly helpful! I live in Texas, so it was so helpful to see someone perusing the same degree as me in the same state.

Paying for grad school is what scares me. I’m working full time as an assistant sales manager and just want to save up.

For federal and private loans, what rate would be considered “worth it”. How low should it be? Also I couldn’t stop looking at your earrings
