- Erik is a great guy and one of my cherished Premium Subscribers. So, today, on his birthday, I am honored to be asked by him mom to honor him with this live performance of Sal's Birthday. I like that. You honor me, and I'll honor you, and this world will be a happier place for us both.
Happy Birthday Erik! I'm posting this on the free channel in the hopes that all 51,000 of my regular subscribers wishes you a happy birthday, and when this pandemic is over, we're all coming to your house for cake!
Note: This song's original recording was written, and arranged by Burt Wilson who also was the arranger of all music created by Creative Engineering for Showbiz Pizza Place and the amusement parks we sold our shows to throughout 2 decades. In my opinion this original piece by Burt is his brightest shining musical accomplishment, but there are many dozens more that showcase Burt's musical and comical genius.
I love to see Aaron Fetcher super happy playing a piano! He's even still doing the voices and he's so good!

You're so welcome! It just hit at the perfect time when you asked. I wanted to say "yes" but was intimidated by the challenge. I knew it wouldn't be perfect, but I am always telling kids to do the best you can, so I took my own advice hoping it would be good enough to make Erik happy. And, of course, it didn't hurt that he is a cherished Premium Subscriber and an all-round great kid!
