The only reason pichu is top tier in this game is because he been training for more than 12 years to become top tear after he got his butt kicked in melee
For falco you need know is forward and neutral air combos into itself, downthrow into dash attack sets up for arials, side b spikes in the air, and up and down air if auto-canceled can get sweet combos going.
