At the end she says how the light is different in different parts of the world, and it's the first time I hear this from a professional. I have noticed this too when traveling from UK to India that the colours of the clothes that I brought with me were different in India. My husband's ocean blue sweater appeared almost grey in India and I just realized how much the light changes the colour. We got back to UK and the sweater was again ocean blue. I found this fascinating. This also explain why bright colours really do fit very well in India but in UK you have to use them in smaller percentages to get a good look. Gold vs. silver was another observation, as 23k gold look fantastic in India but it's too opulent in UK, and silver looks great in UK but it looks like tin when you wear it in India.

I just see the difference in Lemonade…how in the Indian heat, I wanted a swimming pool, full of lemonade, when we cycled back home from school in the afternoon sun, & in Canada there is absolutely no such craving! Lemonade has no value here 🤣

Indian culture and history is twisted so much and when foreigner experienced different India, they got shocked, overwhelmed. I am glad people are opening their mindset for other cultures without prejudice. Good for them and their souls.

At 1:03 they were talking about the Jain temple, called as “Delwara na Dera”, is almost 700-800 years old. It is made up of 5 different temples and each of them has very intricate and delicate figures created on each of the walls, pillars and roofs. Each of these figures are crafted on big marble blocks. So even a minor mistake would lead to rework of the whole block. It really looks like 3D printed marble block. Any digital device is restricted to take with you in the temple. Also you have to wear full length or at least 3/4 length trousers and no sleeveless tops are also not allowed. From the outside it may look like that this will an ordinary temple but it was to create a delusions on Muslim rulers, as they were masters to destroy everything good created by others. India has lost many of their architectural monuments from year 1200-1800 than ever before and it was the darkest period in its history which really restricted its artistic and intellectual growth.
