What sadhguru is saying here use to seem impractical to me earlier. But after doing inner engineering, I now understand what he is saying. All my life I have always been very skeptical about gurus n stuff but I was also open to try and see if his practices work and they do. I have started to respond to situations rather than reacting. I haven't got the complete hold on it but I have definitely come a long way.
