Arid , I am a South Indian Hindu Brahmin. I agree with you, and thank you for for saying what you have said. I love India and I am a true patriot. So I want to speak some truths . While there are many good things in India we should be proud of, there are equally bad things we should be ashamed of . Law and order is vey poor in India. There is no real governance in India. Roads and traffic signals are most unscientific and chaotic. There are no really no footpaths safe for pedestrians . Traffic is shamefully chaotic. Our festivals like Diwali, Holiday and Ganesh festivals are completely chaotic and public nuisances. While we talk of nonviolence all the time, animals are ill treated everywhere. We want to hear only good things from foreigners and we are not open minded. We have a great family culture, but our shameless imitation of western cultures has made us worst bafoons. We lack discipline in everything. I have not seen here even one single tourist talking about a visit to Mahatma Gandhi's Sabarmathi Ashram. Our temple culture is eating away all our time , energy and resources. Chaos is increasing in everything and everywhere. We need to improve a lot. A tour in India may be very funny for a foreigner but life in India for Indians, especially for women and animals, is miserable. As Mahatma Gandhi said, cow and woman are poems of pity in India. It pains me to say whatever I have said here but I believe that speaking truth only can help India improve.

India: whole world in one country, probably the only country where you have Beach, Rain forest, Snow mountains, Sand desert, Hills and Mountains, Worlds extensive Flora and Fona,
All religions of the world thrive there.
    One nation with 22 language
Lot of chaos but still an order just like cosmos, where else you can think God be present on the planet apart from India,
Cradle of humanity, love and respect for all living beings.
