Definetly one of the best single-leg videos I've ever seen. Love the inclusion of common defenses/opponent's reactions and how to deal with them
For the longest time I've thought that nothing on TH-cam would ever compete with Kolat for quality wrestling content, and then you guys posted this! Incredible footage and edit.
Kolat's stuff is brilliant. Short and sweet. Lots of angles, slo-mo, etc. And, its from one of the best wrestlers in American history.

1. This guy is super talented.
2. Single legs all the way!
I stopped/quit an MMA gym (and MMA generally) because instructors just drilled double leg all the effin time. DL have value. Iget it.
But DL are for Jordan Burroughs level guys and not old dumbass weekend warriors like me.
My stupid opinion is also much more favorable to SL because there's way more options *AND* opponent's defense (sprawl, protecting angles) is severely limited.
Same with striking. If you get that angle and you can better land strikes, opponent's defense/counter is similarly limited.
Just hit those angles.
