@@HumanoidMachine I can actually hear Chris' Dreaming voice and rhythm in this more so than how he sang for SW. The song "Alone" by The Dreaming was actually the closest I've heard to sounding like SW.

Vocals have got even better really chris singing on self titled elevated him I think but I do like the old low screams

I was literally a baby when these guys were killing it in the late 90s, (born 96) and I only discovered them the past year or so, lucky me and lucky everyone for being able to see SW come back and still sound incredible.

Just started listening to this about 20 minutes ago and it's been on a consistent loop since and I have a feeling it will be for quite sometime. Your music is one of the few bands I remember giving me such a feeling the first time I heard. A feeling of excitement and soul energy inducing. I knew from thatvpoint on this was something special and you guys have not disappointed in the slightest. This is so fantastic. The production is top notch, arrangements are on point and Chris, you are immortal sir. I hope to see you guys live next time you make it to Orlando. I missed it last year due to a rough slump in life. Thank you guys for being true to your passion and fantastic artist.
Did you by chance get Chasing Ghosts? I feel it's hands down their best album to date. Simply incredible shit, a straight banger from start to finish, not a single bad track on it.

In 2015, I went to a small club in Boston to see The Dreaming. Got to meet Chris Hall, get a photo, and got my CD signed. He was awesome and humble. Glad to see more material from one of my all-time favorite bands!

Honestly this is not the direction I was expecting. It's very reminiscent and I am completely surprised. I love it. The video is strange and confusing 😂 but I I think it's a great song. Keep up the hard work guys 💪. I think this is movie quality right here
They came through here on the reunion tour last year and it was an amazing show. This band was a huge part of getting past young adult depression for me and I couldn't be more excited about new music from them.

So Excited to hear new music!!! Got to meet & greet with Stabbing Westward before their concert when they played in Turtle Lake, WI a few years ago. Chris Hall has got to be one of the funniest, nicest guys ever! He even tried singing to me on stage before Audience butts got in my face due to my Wheelchair lol. But none the less, still the best concert of my life & favorite band for life!
Just discovered this - July 2022. Absolutely INCREDIBLE. This band deserves so much more than they've got.

I was 12 back in early ‘94 - my neighbor let me borrow ‘Ungod’ (loved the artwork) I checked it out & LOVED it (DS came out months later by NIN-I thought Ungod was better!) Very happy to see SW back! Great tune/vid.

I cannot even explain what just washed over me...I understand the b.s. that caused them to split in the first place & I respect they did what they had to do to stay true, but damnit man, Stabbing Westward nearly single handedly helped me survive middle school, high school & the 1st 10 years of adulthood... To this day SW & The Dreaming are my go to when those very specific, inescapable feelings start taking over again. Thank you so much Christopher, Walter & whoever else the cosmos had to tickle to make this happen.

This has been in my rotation of Stabbing Westward songs and at first I thought it was something I might of missed back in the day. Been listening to it all year and I just found out today it was new. They sound great.

Stabbing Westward was my first "favorite band" when I was about 13 (36 now). I was very fortunate to see them for the first time in 2017 and meet Christopher.
The more I listen, the more this song grows on me.

Mr brother introduced me to this band when I was in grade school. I brought their cds with me in Iraq 04-05. To this day, I still listen to them and I am super excited they have new stuff!!! Sounds like old SW.

Brand new song from Stabbing Westward in 2020?!?!? Like, wut? I thought Chris had died years ago. It was never even on my radar this band would be back. Now, because of this song, I look them up and find they regrouped in 2016?!?!???
