while growth is quantitative in nature; development is qualitative in nature.
Since growth is easy to be measured and appreciate, we tend to focus more on this.
that is why even if most people grow in their life, they miss on the development part of the life. this kind of life maker was a comfortable life in terms of material wealth but it doesn't add to our happiness.
