I love that Starbaby is front and center and actually looks directly at the camera in this episode. It's like she knows she is your living color palette, and very proud to be that. 🤎 I adore your owl mittens 😍 I'm really happy she did well in her surgery! My tortie has resorptive disease but has been doing well after her first dental, with supplements, thank goodness. 🦉
While watching i kept thinking that maybe you could consider using the debt snowball method with your WIPs. Line everything up in order of how many stitches you'd need to work. Do the smallest amount first and get those projects done while building momentum. As our beloved Taylor Swift says in Lavendar Haze "get it off my desk!" Sometimes we just gotta clear out the cobwebs so we can be free to move on to new inspiration. Best wishes to you and yours this season and into the new year ❤
I just purchased the wanderer slipper pattern, thank you for the inspiration. I think I will try knitting them with my leftover Lopi yarns and I am thinking of adding a soft leather soul to them. We live in such a cold climate here in Canada, they would be great slippers for my husband and I. Wishing all the best for Star Baby🥰
I have just purchased the Better Waverly pattern (I actually live in a district of Surrey, England called Waverely - coincidentally). I look forward to knitting it some time next year, hopefully. Thank you for the videos.
I love the mucklucks. That's what they remind me of. I think they’d be good in the older DK-weight, West Wool. I don't like it; it's good and toothy. But I never used it. It's in my stash because I didn't realize his wool would be scratchy. I'm affected by wool. I love wool, but it needs to be soft like BT Tones and Arbor, which I believe it's called. There is so much deep stash. It's absurd. I need to use all this stash. Because I have no room left. There are closets I could use, but I already have tons in there and three cabinets full of yarn. I have not been knitting much and don't get it. I want to, but then I don't. I start, get to the end, and don't finish things. It's wild. I need to make a resolution and finish my lingering whips. Some need like an hour of work. That sounds like a good plan. Finish one and do a new one. I like that then I'm not beating myself up for not finishing things. Lol have a very Happy Healthy X-Mas. See you next year if not sooner. Big hugs Taylor. I am an OG for sure. 🫶🧶✌️❤️🎄
@@TrudySchwartzBurrill I feel you, Trudy! It’s hard to focus sometimes and “just do it”… the advice I am taking from myself is “one thing at a time.” I’m going to just work on one thing, and with consistency, it’ll be done. Then I’m going to either 1. Reward myself with a new cast on. Or 2. Keep up the momentum, and work on the next thing I’ve started. I loved someone suggestion in the comments to use the “snowball” method of working on the thing that requires the least amount of work first. Happy knitting!! 🧶
@ I agree 100%. That way i’ll be finishing those I want but not have major fomo so I can have that endorphin rush of starting something new and exciting. I've gone through and reclaimed my needles from most of my projects. Still a few left with needles. But now my cords need reclaing. I don't links leaving my whips on embroidery floss because it leaves a noticeable line. So I bought a spool of babercord so I can recalaim the whips Im going to finish. I've must frog some. I'm running out of project bags, lol. I think my hubby got me a new one for Christmas, se’ll see in two days! Its crazy. This year December is flying by. Enjoy my friend. 🫶

Oh, I’m super excited for you. I just finished my handspun ranunculus and it’s incredible. Can’t wait for you to finish yours.

Your cat will be OK, don't worry about her. She'll recover faster if you give her more love and attention and talk to her often.
