The stuff Bill gets on his fingers is also boomer bile, and he also spreads some on Francis' vest and that's why I think those zombies run at them out of nowhere.

As we know vomit is nearly digested food, so maybe they just want some proteins, and when they also see that survivor is covered in bile they think: (hmm maybe he is made of easily digestive food 🤔). Bile is stomach acid and isn’t related to being digested food. When you vomit but you haven’t eaten you vomit bile. But I do agree that things covered in bile may seem to be attractive to common as something to eat that’s now started to be “broken down”!

If Ceda collected the bile 2nd hand off of vomit targets rather than directly from the Boomer then the bile would logically already be 'triggered'.
In my gameplay of the passing, A charger got me in the moment that i threw the gas canister so if floated to the highest place in the entire mission. It was hard, but i burned it with a molotov, and later it respawned to be used. Such pain that charger did to me

I know this video is 2 years old and you probably wont see it; but from the hunter clip you played - I'd suggest learning to wall bounce. A hunter can pounce, turn his back to a wall mid pounce, and pounce again. Its great for buying time, like a Boomer trying to bile. It also deals increased damage.
If leaker chance is enabled in a server, you have a chance to be a leaker and if you are a leaker boomer, you would act as the spitter and explode as you press mouse1 but it's not a waste being a leaker because the leaker boomer once again will act as a spitter and leave a dangerous bile puddle, the advantage is that the bile is INVISIBLE!

the bile doesnt just mess with survivors it can cause a horde to attack special infected as well, which is how you get the septic tank achievement
